I like the ability to create my own reports **What do you dislike about CERDAAC?** On the calibration module, the shipper list will not save or warn you to save before it goes blank. Time out issues have been identified with the software team. **What problems is CERDAAC solving and how is that benefiting you?** Maintaining our calibration data. Able to show auditors how it is used. ### 2. It seems to not be limited by data size or number of assets entered. **What do you dislike about CERDAAC?** It it not however very intuitive and even performing simple functions requires the user to actually remember which button to click and what the next steps are. **What problems is CERDAAC solving and how is that benefiting you?** It brings everything together in one place ### 4. The ease with which assets can be entered is helpful when dealing with lots of equipment, especially when working with lots of equipment. **What do you dislike about CERDAAC?** The system is so comprehensive that it can be overwhelming to decipher what appears to be an easy task, such as creating and configuring reports. The case management module is very helpful but falls short when working on approvals to close a case. The workflow is unclear and can cause cases to remain open even when they were approved to close. **What problems is CERDAAC solving and how is that benefiting you?** CERDAAC has antiquated the use of paper-based methods for tracking assets. I can create an asset list at a moment's notice to satisfy an audit question instead of needing to dedicate time for the maintaining of a separate list. ### 9. Quick identification of asset and repair required. Easy to track work assignment and progress. **What do you dislike about CERDAAC?** Set up is crucial: on one occasion I had difficulty placing a work request because only the red pen was listed and not the green pen that needed the actual replacing. **What problems is CERDAAC solving and how is that benefiting you?** calibration, PM, repairs ### 10.
