I am a Teamcenter fan when it comes to PLM tools. But the analysis equivalent HEEDS is second to none. I might be biased towards TC though since I have been using it for years. I am somewhat new to HEEDS. It has been almost 6 months though. I have been using it for the testing lifecycle management of my Creo models. The US team mentioned that the integration of the tool with CAD and CAE tools is great. We have been using TC for quite some time now. A complete change to HEEDS seems unlikely with the new TC 14. But, our analysis team will be moved to HEEDS shortly. Migration is underway. I can give marks for ease of use and ease of implementation. It took a few trainings to pick it up, but that is quite natural. We use is rather frequently, but we are more into design than analysis. **What do you dislike about Simcenter HEEDS?** The interface is not bad. Could improve compared to AWC though. Way better than RC. Also, customer support could improve. Like, a lot. Some of the functionalities like prediction of reviewer names and stuff could be improved. **What problems is Simcenter HEEDS solving and how is that benefiting you?** Analysis for my Creo models. It helps me analyze my design and find weak spots. Earlier, it was Ansys that did the same for me. I am not good with Ansys though. I had to get help to do my analysis. Heeds helps me do stuff myself. Can't say it is better than Ansys as I don't know Ansys. You are in the right direction.
