What do you like best about Simcenter Amesim?

Wide variety of component libraries. Clear description of components which can be dragged and dropped easily into the model. The post processing of data and model results is very easy as compared to other softwares. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simcenter Amesim?

One thing which I would prefer in Amesim is the possibility to write codes in a function. Sometimes coding can make development easy as compared to modelling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What is least helpful about Simcenter Amesim is the lack of online sources that help you when you are a first time user. All relies to the community or the communication with Simens support center, that is not always available Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Although there are quite some videos on YouTube and we do indeed have an active online community where also our product managers and support engineers are posting, I agree it would be great if more enthusiasts would make online content about Simcenter Amesim :-)

What do you like best about Simcenter Amesim?

The documentation and demos available are great to rapidly create and test new simpler models. Detailed enough that you don't need to contact support.

Great pre-sales customer support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Simcenter Amesim?

The interface can be a bit clunky and there are a lot of niche functionalities which are not documented in detail.

We also hired individual training and they basically followed the demos existing in the help documentation.

Contractual setup could use some streamlining Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
