Also to be able to reach to more suppliers for quotations. **What do you dislike about Simbuy?** not being able, as a user, to delete a material in case it was wrongly created. **What problems is Simbuy solving and how is that benefiting you?** I`m getting quotations from more suppliers that I knew. Also i get to have all the information of the materials in use in one place and with all the specifications. ### 2. Spectum can launch biddings and get new suppliers for you using AI. It's mind-blowing. The support also is amazing, you have 24/7 contact with their team and they evaluate every request that you make or observation that you have and make modifications to the app for a better experience. **What do you dislike about Simbuy?** Nothing yet. The experience has been great. **What problems is Simbuy solving and how is that benefiting you?** All the procurement process. Form the information of a material, to the supplier discovery and the launch of strategic biddings. This allows me to have all the data that I need to make strategic decisions at the moment of purchase. ### 3. The customer service is awesome, very responsive, and comprehensive, so any claims I have are solved almost immediately. **What problems is Simbuy solving and how is that benefiting you?** Getting more suppliers for the products I need.
