The F&B teams love it! **What do you dislike about Silverware?** I'm not a huge fan of the Clover integration. I feel there should be more flexibility there. **What problems is Silverware solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've had challenges with Agilysys being too difficult to use. For example -redemptions on coupons I send out. **What do you dislike about Silverware?** I dislike how the system isn't very straight forward and is somewhat confusing to find information. sometimes slow **What problems is Silverware solving and how is that benefiting you?** Restaurant management. I work at the HO so I use this for tracking purposes. Colourful. Tech support is helpful. Programming is pretty easy. **What do you dislike about Silverware?** Liquor programming. Lack of inventory system. **What problems is Silverware solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integrated inventory systems ie Freepour would be a beneficial up sell. Training mode would be great.
