Online reporting makes it easier for all necessary colleagues at the head office to analyse data on a daily basis Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Silverware? As a corporation we have our own back-end systems. The integration between us and Silverware was poorly designed and was riddled with problems, which have mostly been corrected. Also, when discussing upgrades or changes to the systems, response time for any queries, whether for quotes, availability or change requests are very lengthy.
