Slow and outdated." 0/5 What do you like best about Silverware? There isn't really anything that silverware does that every other POS doesn't do Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Silverware? The hardware is antiquated. The machines are slow and constantly freeze. You need to restart the computers every night or else hell will break loose. You cannot edit the menus remotely, everything has to be done from the POS. Antiquated method of checking sales. What do you dislike about Silverware? Silverware does not have the same reporting capabilities and is not growing and developing as fast as some of the new cloud based POS systems. Not very modern. Development for takeout and delivery option had stalled and there was no plan to improve them. Support for modern online platforms and APIs were not available.
