I really value SilverTech for their 24/7 support, which is crucial for our 24/7 365 organization. It's a huge benefit to have a media agency like SilverTech always on standby. They helped redesign our website, improving the user experience and making the 'front door' of our business much more customer-focused. Our click rates have dramatically reduced. I appreciate their backend development, coding, customization, and design services. Our assigned CMS, Rob Pallardy, has been an essential asset, providing excellent support.
