    "Maildrop Makes it Easy to Scope Out Communication: I love that maildrop keeps me from exposing my professional email address to people or companies that may have alternative motives for emailing me (spam, tracking, etc). I also am able to screen my emails until I am comfortable with a contact. Temporary interactions (for example...testing to see if an offer or deal is legitimate) is another great use for this software. "

    "The effectiveness of optimized salesforce Dashboards.: My Salesforce Dashboards serves multiple purposes as a center of operation, a visual representation of my reports, an organizational tool, a communication channel, and a lead generation tool. It might seem far fetched for a simple dashboard to have so many benefits but i could easily think of even more advantages than these. Basically put, the workforce Dashboard is a complete management tool for my business. Advantages of the Salesforce Dashboard include; - Provides me and my colleagues with real-time statistics and control of company information at my fingure tips -It enables me conversion of the information from my source reports into one of several visual components.     "Great tool to track CRM users in SF: The interface is very user friendly as if its native to the platform. Pre-built reports that are very easy to use and allows you to have total visibility on your users who are using this within your SFDC org. You will no longer have to worry about setting up reports and dashboards that will require time to set up. Implementation would be seamless and you can be up and running in no time. An ideal application integration for those who are starting up and would like to immediately use SFDC to run their business operations without the need of hiring consultants."

    "Waited too long to get this tool: I'm a new user to Apsona. We have been learning it quickly as Admins. Basically, the early use cases have removed need for cross-object report types (entirely) and reduced my use of dataloader by 50%.. I'm really excited to build some resusable processes that make life so much easier. Apsona make it much faster to deal with ad hoc requests like "Can you change the campaign on these hundred records?" "Can you add a new item to these gifts? " Can you add a preference to these contacts?". Seemingly simple reqeuests like this would be a drag on my capacity because of finding the appropriate report type and isolating the records for their IDs to use in dataloader. But now with Apsona I can make these changes is much less than 10 minutes and without saving csv's to my desktop I'll never need again. "

Otherwise, businesses are able to customize if they wanted. It is very easy to edit the invoice to include appropriate information including logo. Also you can add products that easily label what is invoiced so there is no confusion."

    "Salesforce Developer - Finding Duplicate Made Easy: I like best the easy customization of this app from appexchange. I installed multiple deduping app but this Dupe Check for SF is the best so far. I also like the real-time dupe checker, when a duplicate data is entered, it checks real time for duplicate and gives a real-time error to user, this app is a very silent app in SF, I mean you won't get annoyed by how it is working inside SF unlike the other deduping application, after installing in your Org, there will be multiple tabs and apps present."
