SIlktide is really easy to understand and offer fantastic training. Coming into my role as a content designer, I found their educational videos useful. The integration capabilities, and the multitude of ways you can filter data truly allow for the user to be in control of compartmentalizing tasks, strategies, and work flows to optemize your productivity at scale. For our team, SilkTide offers a robust suite of intuitive, useful tools across content and accessibility. The tools goes as deep as other competitors in this space but we find that it offers much more context within the interface usually.

I like how simple to understand it is - the training videos are extremely helpful to get a better insight of everything - especially Accessibility. The reports are extremely helpful in ensuring the content is accessibility friendly, and helps remove those pesky broken links! Silktide is used daily to help our websites maintain a high-quality standard. We use it daily to make sure our website is optimized, from content quality (broken links, grammar, user dedication level) to user experience (load times, image optimization, uptime, functionality, accessibility). It is helpful that I can assign issues to different team members and share issues with vendors to fix (with just a shared link for them to view an issue - no login needed).

Over the past 6 months, we migrated our websites to a new DXP platform and Silktide played a role in identifying issues before they were on production and when they were in development.

Our customer success manager, Eli P. was fantastic. Eli was always available to answer our questions and provided help whenever needed. He always goes above and beyond to help us.
