"Exceptional WCAG Compliance Platform with Outstanding Support"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Silktide?

Silktide is a great platform to not only track WCAG compliance but also improve digital content in general. Though we use Silktide primarily to follow our progress towards AA compliance, it's proven a good asset to quickly optimise landing pages.

We've used another WCAG compliance tool (Monsido) and Silktide offers a much better experience. The platform is easy to navigate and makes it also easy to collaborate to solve tasks.

The support Team as always been very responsive and helpful. When our subscription became marginally outstretched by the amount of content we have to analyse, they quickly came up with options to improve our setup and also offered a fair solution to enable a full scan of our website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Silktide?

A full scan of our website is fairly long (5h) but as we are running it only monthly we don't worry about it too much.

It sometimes, take a few clicks to reach the bottom level of an issue, but again it's not a major issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"All-in-One Solution for Effortless Website Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Silktide?

Silktide is incredibly user-friendly, and the breadth of tools included in the platform makes large-scale site management far more efficient. I manage a university website with thousands of pages, and Silktide provides a comprehensive one-stop solution—encompassing ADA compliance, content quality (including spelling, grammar, broken links, image compression, and SEO), and marketing insights — all in one place. The CMS integration is a standout feature, making it exceptionally easy to update pages directly from the platform. Their customer service is excellent as well; responses are prompt, and the support team is consistently knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you, Ayu! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"From Overwhelmed to Actionable: A Clear Path to Accessibility with Silktide"
5/5
What do you like best about Silktide?

Silktide made accessibility feel manageable instead of overwhelming. It clearly identifies issues, prioritizes what matters most, and provides actionable guidance on how to fix them. It’s helped us move from not knowing where to start to having a clear, data-backed plan forward. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Silktide?

The only real challenge has been keeping up with the volume of improvements identified. Silktide does an excellent job surfacing issues and opportunities, which has been valuable, but it also requires internal bandwidth and prioritization to address everything effectively. "Transformed Our Website Accessibility with Ease"
5/5
What do you like best about Silktide?

I use Silktide to scan our website for accessibility issues, and it has completely transformed our site, increasing our accessibility rating from 60% to 98% in less than a year.

The support is second to none especially from Chris when setting up and Andrew Palmer as our account manager.

The accessibility scanner is incredibly useful, and I utilize it weekly to ensure our content remains accessible, which is crucial for us. The content checking feature is excellent at identifying broken links that often go unreported, and it also provides invaluable support for spelling and grammar c8hecks. The analytics capabilities of Silktide are impressive; I love the cookie-less analytics system, which includes detailed heat maps.

This feature provides exceptional insights into our website's user interaction. Additionally, I find Silktide’s initial setup to be incredibly easy, which made transitioning from our previous product, ReciteMe, hassle-free. Overall, Silktide has been immensely beneficial for us and fulfills our web accessibility needs perfectly, making it a product I would highly recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Silktide?

Nothing much to dislike about Silktide as it does exactly what it describes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a very thorough service which I can access at any time. The customer support is excellent and having a dedicated account manager (Andrew Palmer) is very useful. Wish we could click straight through to the issue from Silktide instead of having to go into software separately Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Accessibility Upgrades"
5/5
What do you like best about Silktide?

I really like how Silktide eliminates the guesswork and lengthy auditing times, allowing me to quickly identify what needs to be changed on our higher ed website for accessibility standards. The ease of use is a big plus for me, making it straightforward to figure out how to use the platform. I also appreciate the user interface, which is very good and well laid-out. It's definitely a great tool, so much so that I'm recommending it to other web developers on campus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Silktide?

It can be a bit overzealous about things such as warning me about flashing on my pages that don't have any. Sometimes it notes things that aren't problems and don't even exist. If Silktide could somehow highlight areas on pages or in code where there are issues, it would force it to be more specific instead of just blanket-suggesting things. "Exceptional Experience with Reliable Performance"
5/5
What do you like best about Silktide?

I appreciate how user-friendly it is and how quickly I can make improvements to a webpage. After publishing, I typically review the page right away to ensure accessibility. I also really value the ability to set up policies and scan our large website for typos or unwanted references to specific pages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Silktide?

One thing I find frustrating is that when I fix an issue, I can't simply check a box to mark it as resolved; instead, I have to retest the entire page. Additionally, I wish there were an option to test a page before it goes live. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Accessibility Reporting with Silktide"
5/5
What do you like best about Silktide?

I highly appreciate Silktide for generating comprehensive accessibility reports, which are crucial for our clients and for testing our own work for accessibility compliance. The tool provides a reliable solution for producing frontend development output that consistently meets predictable levels of accessibility standards. What truly stands out to me is Silktide's visual and intuitive presentation of information. This makes it accessible to developers with varying levels of accessibility skills without requiring much additional context or effort in identifying where issues exist in the code. The capability to precisely pinpoint and highlight where issues lie on a page is immensely valuable. Additionally, the initial setup of Silktide was incredibly smooth thanks to the Academy, which made it easy to become familiar with the tool, and the chatbot feature that offered prompt assistance whenever needed. These elements collectively contribute to a seamless user experience, making Silktide a standout choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Silktide?

I dislike the lack of control over what is exported in reports. It would be useful to have the ability to export the severity or impact of issues along with the specific failures. Additionally, the ability to filter multiple categories at once, such as A and AA but not AAA, would be beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best Accessibility tool I've ever used - STILL!!!"
5/5
What do you like best about Silktide?

I love the Accessibility evaluator in Silktide. It is thorough, grades on multiple WCAG levels, and offers suggestions and solutions on how to fix the issues. I also love the various ways you can check your issues, either collectively by rule, or collectively by page. The HTML viewer shows you EXACTLY what and where the offending code is.

The employees at Silktide and FANTASTIC! Specifically I have to mention Susan Torres, our Customer Success Manager, and Ben Chamness, our Silktide "Tech Guru" for their fantastic support in our accessibility journey. They have been the BEST of both worlds, in supporting us at SBU. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Silktide?

Sometimes, refreshing of edited pages via a new scan take a little too long. Sometimes the changes in pages aren't reflected in re-scoring when looking at the page and the code behind that Silktide has captured. However, the Silktide Team is SO great that we actually had a meeting with the CEO of Silktide and some of their technicians to talk about and RESOLVE many of these issues!
