SilkStart creates beautiful and functional websites that are mobile friendly and can also integrate with existing sites. We simplify complex and time consuming tasks like member management, events, invoicing, payment processing, and communications. ## SilkStart Reviews ### 1. The learning curve was not too steep since the system is so intuitive. I have enjoyed its CRM and creating events and newsletters in the system. We also enjoy great support whenever an issue arises. The dashboard has been a powerful tool for determining the general health of our chapter at a glance. **What do you dislike about SilkStart?** My challenges with SilkStart has been its inability to seamlessly speak to other systems. I have realized that as an example copying and pasting from a word document to the content creation section of SilkStart I needed to go through extra steps such as entering text in a dialogue box that would then transfer to my actual SilkStart screen. **Recommendations to others considering SilkStart:** I recommend companies to definitely give SilkStart a try. **What problems is SilkStart solving and how is that benefiting you?** SilkStarts key function in our business is creating visibility and the ability to have repository of information that makes for easier decision making. ### 2. It also allows us to create reports of active and inactive members. **What do you dislike about SilkStart?** The members found using the Event Calendar not user friendly and thus we stopped using it. **Recommendations to others considering SilkStart:** It should continue to be free for small non-profit organizations. **What problems is SilkStart solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was helpful in keeping our membership information up to date and sending emails to members who either joined, renewed, or needed to renew their membership. ### 3.
