As our company is not necessarily a buyer or supplier, Silkline allows us the flexibility to work in the "grey area" in between. The ease of use and consistent communication with the team makes it very easy for us to get our jobs done as efficiently as possible. The API integration could be better, as we are a broker and not the typical client, there are many reports and things that we would love to build and dont expect Silkline to necessarily have made and ready for us but the API is a little more clunky and complicated than most.
