## About SilkFlo
SilkFlo is the AI Value Realization Platform for enterprise Innovation and finance teams. It replaces spreadsheets and vendor dashboards with a single system that captures AI and automation opportunities, builds financially modelled business cases in minutes, and tracks realised ROI against the original forecast post-deployment. Aviva UK used SilkFlo to identify £12M in savings in 21 days, at 90x lower cost than traditional consulting.

## SilkFlo Reviews
  ### 1. Governs value realisation, replaces the unvalidated spreadsheet

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christopher A. | Managing Partner, Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2026

**What do you like best about SilkFlo?**

SilkFlo gets the sequencing right. It first surfaces what actually needs to be tracked tracked with it's AI assisted intake, then layers on the visibility and governance to hold value realisation to account. That second part is the component people consistently underestimate. A benefit isn't real until someone owns it, the numbers are validated, and it's formally signed off. That's where SilkFlo earns its place: it makes all of that visible and auditable at the click of a button.

**What do you dislike about SilkFlo?**

The value depends on getting the governance structure right up front (which Silkflo supports with), benefit owners, validation gates, sign-off routes. That's a client-side design decision more than a product gap, but it does mean the tool pays back once someone has done that thinking.

**What problems is SilkFlo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The same problem shows up almost everywhere: nobody has a clear view of what's in the pipeline, and whatever tracking does exist sits in a spreadsheet that often no one has validated or signed off.

Replacing manual tracking with a system that has validation and approval built into it changes the conversation with sponsors. You stop debating whose version of the numbers is right and start discussing whether the benefit landed. For me that means less time reconciling and defending numbers, and more time on the decisions those numbers are supposed to inform.

  ### 2. Transforms Ideation with Seamless Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Doug S. | Forbes Technology Council - Member Thought Leader, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 29, 2026

**What do you like best about SilkFlo?**

I use SilkFlo for AI assisted ideation or idea intake, and it really helps with AI and automation in organizing and qualifying ideas, which speaks volumes. It solves many business problems like figuring out where to begin and how to do it, and it brings visibility that’s valuable for understanding what different siloed organizations, and enterprise systems are doing. SilkFlo helps move the organization from scattered experimentation to a more governed portfolio of opportunities with clear prioritization and ownership, driving real ROI. The team was easy to work with in the setup phase, and SilkFlo has the ability to scale, allowing us to start with a limited version and grow as needed. I also appreciate how SilkFlo normalizes ideas and fixes issues around disconnected spreadsheets, bringing everything together under one roof, which is helpful in defining value. Even though SilkFlo doesn’t do everything, in its class, it performs very well and really stands out, making it something I would recommend to others.

**What do you dislike about SilkFlo?**

I mean, SilkFlo does what it does very well, but it doesn't do everything. It's a darn good start, but the next steps would be taking that same information from assisted ideation and building an ROI, then actually building that into projects and tracking those projects. This can all be done in other tools, and I think that's somewhere SilkFlo should aim to co—creating a project around the ideas and tracking them so that it's a full end-to-end solution.

**What problems is SilkFlo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use SilkFlo for assisted ideation, connecting AI, organizing and qualifying ideas. It helps normalize ideas, fix spreadsheet issues, and eliminate the need for Miro boards. SilkFlo enables visibility across teams, facilitates ROI, and consolidates various tools, providing a strong foundation for ideation and management.
