"Reliable Signature Management, Seamless M365 Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Sigsync?

I use Sigsync to reliably manage email signatures across our Microsoft 365 environment, and it keeps signatures consistent, applies rules correctly, and pushes updates instantly for all users without downtime or surprises. What I value most is the dependability of providing consistent signatures without any issues. I appreciate that there’s no hype or constant feature announcements, just a tool that works every single day. For 16 months and 610 users, signatures load fast, rules apply correctly, updates happen instantly, and nothing breaks. It's quietly become one of the most dependable parts of our Microsoft 365 stack. The initial setup was also very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sigsync?

The interface is clean and functional, but a dark mode toggle for the dashboard would match our internal tools better. It’s perfectly usable in light mode, just a small preference. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Didn’t Expect this Level of Quality at this Price"
5/5
What do you like best about Sigsync?

I love using Sigsync to manage and standardize email signatures across Microsoft 365 because it ensures that all signatures look polished and consistent on any device without needing manual work. I appreciate the smooth Azure AD integration and beautiful responsive templates, along with reliable banner features and instant deploys that work flawlessly across devices. The stability and polish are impressive for something that feels like we should be paying a lot more, and it's refreshing that it handles 520 users so well. Each update rolls out cleanly, and banners consistently work without breaking the layout. It's great to have a tool that's predictable and easy to trust. The initial setup was very easy too, making the overall experience hassle-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sigsync?

Some advanced features aren’t immediately obvious. We had to explore a bit to uncover everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"This solved a problem we didn’t realize was draining so much time"
5/5
What do you like best about Sigsync?

I appreciate how Sigsync centralizes and automates email signature management for our team, making updates effortless. It handles new hires, branding updates, and ensures that mobile and desktop signatures are correct, saving us from manually fixing issues. I really like how quickly changes take effect across the team, whether it's a logo update, a new hire, or a marketing banner. Everything applies instantly without having to touch individual accounts. The speed and reliability make managing signatures feel effortless. It's great how Sigsync saves us a significant amount of time by eliminating the hidden time drain of scattered signature maintenance. For our 380-person team, Sigsync's automation has given us back hours each month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sigsync?

It took a bit of upfront setup to get things exactly right. They should launch some AI features which make it more easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rules worked the way they were explained in the demo"
5/5
What do you like best about Sigsync?

I like how easy Sigsync's rules engine was during the demo and it performed exactly as described in real use. It effortlessly manages department-specific disclaimers, conditional banners, location-based addresses, and priority ordering for our 720 users without a hitch. I built some fairly complex logic, and it just worked on the first try, which is impressive. Also, the initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sigsync?

Setting up the first batch of rules required some planning, but once done, managing them is easy. A small improvement could be a visual rule planner or template for first-time admins, so they can sketch logic and dependencies before creating the rules. It would make the initial setup even faster and reduce trial-and-error for complex environments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mobile signatures were a mess before, not anymore"
5/5
What do you like best about Sigsync?

I love how Sigsync manages and standardizes email signatures for the whole company, especially for mobile users. It ensures that signatures look clean and consistent on phones, tablets, and desktops without us needing to manually fix things or make device-specific tweaks. I particularly like that mobile signatures, which were a major pain point for us with issues like images missing on iPhones or layouts being off on Android, are no longer a problem. Now, every email sent from any device looks just like the desktop version; the layout is clean, images load fast, links work, and it even handles dark mode well. I appreciate not having had a single complaint in the 10 months since we started using it. The peace of mind knowing that signatures render properly across all devices keeps our brand image polished and professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sigsync?

We had to adjust image sizes once to make sure everything looked right on smaller screens. After that, it was fine. The image adjustment was really the only thing we had to tweak, and once that was done it hasn’t come up again. If I had to suggest an improvement, a built-in mobile-size or small screen indicator in the editor could help teams spot oversized images earlier. It’s not a major issue, but it would make initial fine-tuning for mobile even smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The tool that quietly made my job 10x less stressful"
5/5
What do you like best about Sigsync?

I appreciate that Sigsync allows us to centrally manage and automate email signatures across the company, which keeps branding, disclaimers, and user details consistent everywhere without needing constant manual adjustments. The stress from dealing with inconsistent and error-prone email signatures is completely removed, giving me headspace I didn't realize I'd lost. The features like centralization, instant updates, and Azure AD integration mean that I no longer have to worry about whether signatures render correctly or if legal and branding issues might arise unexpectedly. It has genuinely reduced the stress of my job by about 10x because it quietly eliminates an entire category of problems. The initial setup was also very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sigsync?

The dashboard is clean, but the main overview page could show a quick “last deployed” timestamp for each active template right on the list view. It does show it when you click in, so it’s minor, but a glanceable timestamp would save a click on busy days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Rules engine powerful enough for enterprise, simple enough for daily use"
5/5
What do you like best about Sigsync?

I love how the rules engine handles complex needs with an intuitive visual interface, managing department-specific disclaimers, regional legal text, and conditional banners easily. It's great that I can build complex logic in minutes, yet it's simple enough that my marketing team can manage their own campaign rules. I also appreciate how well Sigsync balances power with usability, allowing for advanced rules and targeting without being overcomplicated. The system is reliable, and even non-technical teammates can make changes without breaking anything. Day-to-day changes are easy, and the initial setup was very easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sigsync?

Setting up the first batch of rules required some planning. The main planning effort was around mapping out our rules and conditions up front, things like who gets which disclaimer, how regional text should apply, and where executive or campaign overrides take precedence. A simple pre-setup checklist or visual planner to help teams sketch their rule structure beforehand could make that first step even smoother, especially for larger or more complex organizations. "24 months of flawless performance, I stopped worrying about signatures"
5/5
What do you like best about Sigsync?

I used to keep a mental note to check signatures regularly; now I honestly don’t think about them anymore. The persistent low-level anxiety that a critical background tool might fail at the worst moment is gone. Sigsync removed that worry completely. For two full years with over 1,600 users, multiple rebrands, heavy banner rotation, and thousands of daily emails, Sigsync has never let us down. There have been no outages, no slow loads, and no rendering glitches. At our size, reliability is everything. Sigsync just runs in the background without hiccups, even with rebrands and heavy banner changes. Not having to check, monitor, or worry about signatures anymore is a huge win, freeing up mental space and allowing us to focus on more important work. The setup was easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sigsync?

There's not a public uptime status dashboard like some larger SaaS providers offer. I’ve never needed it because nothing ever goes wrong, but it would be nice for formal reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

5/5
What do you like best about Sigsync?

I like that Sigsync allows me to centrally manage and deploy Office 365 email signatures, running campaign banners and applying department-specific rules without extra costs. I appreciate the genuinely premium-level features offered at a budget-friendly price. Features like campaign banners with click tracking, a powerful rules engine for department-specific variations, and dynamic fields pulling live data from Azure AD make it a great tool. I enjoy the beautiful responsive templates and rock-solid mobile rendering, along with the ability to deploy instantly across all devices. The fast and knowledgeable support, along with its polished platform, adds to the overall experience. The setup was easy too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use, Connected Platform That Simplifies Ongoing Management"
5/5
What do you like best about Sigsync?

The ease of use and connectivity really make the platform stand out. Managing everything from a single online portal simplifies the process, and once rules and permissions are configured, it becomes more of a set-and-forget solution. It makes ongoing management much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sigsync?

There are some minor challenges with shared mailboxes, mostly related to configuration settings. Since our workflows are a bit different, having more customization options would be helpful, although it still works overall. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
