SignZA is South Africa's e-signature platform — built locally, priced in ZAR, and fully compliant with the ECT Act 25 of 2002. Upload a PDF, drag signature fields onto the pages, and send a signing link. Your client opens it on any device and signs in their browser — no app, no account required. You're notified instantly, and a signed PDF with a legally valid audit certificate is ready to download. Every signed document includes an audit trail capturing the signer's name, OTP verification, email, IP address, and timestamp — giving it the same legal weight as a handwritten signature. Key features: drag-and-drop field placement, OTP identity verification, reusable templates, contact book, signing reminders, and real-time notifications. Free plan: 5 docs/month. Pro: R99/month (50 docs). No USD pricing, no forex surprises. Built by Grey Matter Consulting (Pty) Ltd — Reg No. 2020/255888/07.
