Signwell is indeed very easy to navigate. Once you upload the file, it is quick and simple to add signature fields, additional text and date fields -with the added bonus of configuring format and locking it up to the actual signing date. The file is then sent to recipients through e-mail, accompanied by a text of your choosing, to be signed in parallel or in a sequence of your choice. Perhaps it would be helpful to be able to switch between languages (English & Spanish), to have a language selection option within the interface or settings.

I love that I can make a form on my computer, upload it to SignWell, then make a template that can be really easily sent to a bunch of people. It's all customizable, and by putting contacts, it makes sending to all of the people really easy.
