I use SignWell to sign lease agreements and it solves the problem of signing documents easily and electronically for free. I like being able to specify sign, initial, and date, and appreciate having the ability to specify the exact need on each page for each individual. The initial setup was quite easy and intuitive. Features like adding text lines and signatures lines and assigning them to people was very helpful and easy to do. The ability to guide clients through the document so that every part is filled out and all signatures are signed.
