I have never used any e-signature forms before, and recently I was asked by my customer to create a form for a signature. So I was in a rush to make one and did some searching on Google as well as asking AI to recommend one for me. There were a couple of them that I tried, and finally, I landed on SignWell. My consideration was;

01. Easy to use, easy to implement, even though it is my first time. And SignWell has an excellent UI that I do not need to learn anything, such as some integration with other document forms, i.e. doc, pdf, etc...

02. Support multiple languages for my international business partners since some partners do not feel comfortable with English.

03. Fully editable and easy for the opponent to sign the contract, which SignWell has an easy step-by-step process to follow in order to sign the e-paper.

04. Alert emails about the progress of the other party on the document or contract I have sent to them. SignWell was indeed sending all the status clearly so that I do not have to be concerned about the other party's action.

05. Customer support is always good to have, and SighWell did check with me if I had any trouble with it. Obviously, no trouble at all!

06. I will be using SignWell as a default e-signature business process. It will be used frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SignWell makes sending and signing documents incredibly simple. The interface is clean and intuitive, so I was able to start using it right away without any training. I really like the audit trail feature for added security and compliance, and the reminders/notifications save me time chasing down signatures. Core functionalities to manage agreements between parties. Intuitive UI. It allows more than I need now which gives though a good perspective on the potential use of the tool. The biggest drawback is cost for those who can't spend resources on the high-priced online signing services.
