No need to dig in mountains of awful technical stuff, everybody actually can use it without reading anything to manage multiple signatures, follow the validation process and quickly get what he wants. **What do you dislike about SignWell?** It's a pity Docsketch is only available in English. Hopefully, the text part is limited to a few words, and everybody should be able do deal with it. **Recommendations to others considering SignWell:** There is a free plan, you should give it a try. **What problems is SignWell solving and how is that benefiting you?** Get legally signed documents (compliant to EU regulations) without having to purchase bloated and expensive software (follow my eyes). ### 2. Previously, I needed to use two different programs to get this done. Also, they just came out with template links which is a huge timesaver. I was looking for this in one of the leading programs on the market and they didn't have it. Now we can send one link to multiple people and they can fill out their own version of the document. This is super handy when I need multiple people to sign the same document. We can also include that link on a form or a webpage and have a client click the link to sign. So easy. They also just came out with a redirect after completing the form, so we can direct out clients to a custom page when they are done signing. This will be helpful for keeping the onboarding process moving along, which can otherwise get bogged down between too many emails. This company is also run by Bidsketch, which is a proposal generation software. I trusted them because they have experience in the market and know what they're doing. **What do you dislike about SignWell?** I just wish they would add HIPAA compliance because with their new features for template links and the ability to select multiple templates to send at once. It would be so great for insurance agents and healthcare providers. **Recommendations to others considering SignWell:** They're developing this software at a pretty fast pace. If you're considering going with them, but they don't have a feature you want it may be on their roadmap. Ultimately it's still pretty affordable now compared to other programs on the market, I'd lock in the price while you can. **What problems is SignWell solving and how is that benefiting you?** Marketing contracts and NDA's get signed much faster. Our client onboarding experience can be more streamlined. The limits in their plans are more generous than other programs. ### 4. It's a very simple esigniture software that we use to send out deals proposals and get them signed quickly. So I was very excited to learn of all the recent awesome updates. I can now redirect clients to a website after a signature, this very helpful to me and my team because now we can redirect clients to our onboarding page on our site. Another awesome feature that we love is the added custom branding, this really makes this more of a white label software. **What do you dislike about SignWell?** This is not really a dislike but more of a feature request. I wish there were ways to have multiple company profiles under 1 login, that way if you have multiple companies, we can have custom branding for each. **Recommendations to others considering SignWell:** Give it a try, you will love its easy to use interface and newly added features such as custom redirect . and custom branding. **What problems is SignWell solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Docsketch to send quotes, deal offers, proposal to clients and more. As a digital marketing agency its important to be able to get signatures as quickly as possible and Docsketch allows us to do just that. The big well-known e-signing apps are priced at much higher and without a consistent volume of documents required to be signed on a monthly basis, it's very hard to justify the costs. However, with Docusketch, you can get unlimited signing at merely $8 per month. By having that, Docsketch saved my company a lot of time on getting required documents signed a lot faster since it also saves my clients' time to print, sign, then scan the signed documents into the computer before sending back to me. ### 6. After just a few minutes with DocSketch, I can see that it does for ALL of my documents what BidSketch does for my proposals -- it simplifies the process of creating them, enabling me to test and re-use the components of my documents that work most effectively (or communicate my value proposition most clearly), and saves me tons of time creating new documents and getting them signed by partners and clients alike. **What do you dislike about SignWell?** The aesthetics of DocSketch documents are... functional, but the end results could be prettier. Saves me a tonne of time and gets my proposals signed faster than before. Impressed my clients with the streamlined document signing process and saved them time too. No more printing and scanning and emailing, thank goodness. **What do you dislike about SignWell?** If I was being ultra picky...UI styling is a little underwhelming. But there’s nothing wrong with it, it’s easy to navigate. It’s just the fussy photographer in me. I’m sure that this will evolve as the product does and certainly not a reason to not get onboard. **What problems is SignWell solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the past I had to print and manually send contracts to clients. It took sooo long and was such a waste of time and paper. I looked at other proposal software, but they were so expensive. When I found Docsketch I was so happy - it’s affordable and well featured too. It’s saved me a tonne to time sending proposals out to my clients. Getting sales over the line is tough, so removing the friction on this process really helps. Plus, it’s changed the perception of my business with clients commenting on how impressed they are with the online signing process with Docsketch. I also love template documents, I’ve create a NDA which I can easily send to new team members without starting from scratch each time. I also like the audit trail, it’s nice to see who’s signed and viewed the document, so you can follow up with client's who’ve forgotten about your proposal. ### 10. We use it primarily for letters of employment. Before we were sending documents in PDFs, but this is a far better way of going through the process, making for a better candidate experience. Love that you also get notifications when individuals open it / sign it. **What do you dislike about SignWell?** Not many dislikes. When I create a new doc from a template, if the name of the template is long it'll overlap with the next one making it hard to read. This is a minor inconvenience though. Also sometimes the "Suggest Fields" function works a little funky if you have a table because it will stick the field to the horizontal line of the table. You can simply turn off the feature temporary though and use manual placement. This is also a VERY minor issue. **What problems is SignWell solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use it for hiring. It creates a better candidate experience and a faster one as well. I love how easy it is to use. The benefits are I don't have to think, I can focus on getting my contracts and agreements done right and don't have to worry about how long it will take to get it signed. Once a document has been submitted the system then notifies you of status updates such as when a document is viewed or signed by the recipient - very useful for keeping track of applications and proposal signing. **What do you dislike about SignWell?** Preparing a document for signing can sometimes be a little cumbersome with difficulty lining up and resizing the fields, however this has never proved to be too much of an issue. **What problems is SignWell solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use DockSketch primarily for sending contracts to clients in order to get a legally binding document with proof of signing. Having the ability for the signees to sign with a pen or upload their signature is an added bonus - great implementation. ### 13. They are new on the block but rapidly adding features all the time. I've used one of the big guys for years and have been overcharged for it lately. DocSketch is offering what I need to obtain customer signatures quickly and easily, at a reasonable price. Their support is great, and they listen to their users. **What do you dislike about SignWell?** Its a little difficult to use on your phone as resizing the document is not currently possible. That is the biggest complaint I've heard from clients. Not insurmountable as they can still pull up documents on their iPad and PC. **Recommendations to others considering SignWell:** Give it a shot... and provide feedback. I like that I can track the document and know if the client has viewed it or not. Reminder emails can be sent out quickly. We also like the auditing trail document provided when it's signed. I had to use their support a couple of times to ask some questions about how something worked. The response from the chat support was almost instant and resolved quickly. **What do you dislike about SignWell?** No issues at all with the service. We'd like a way to have documents in folders or drives not everyone can access. Sign in via Google is offered but you have to sign up using Google to use it. **Recommendations to others considering SignWell:** Consider platform maturity - this is a newer product so it's not as feature laden as existing services, but it also lacks the cost and bloat as well. **What problems is SignWell solving and how is that benefiting you?** Document signing workflows for contracts and client approvals. It allows me to add text fields, date placeholders, initials, and multiple signature options to almost all types of documents ranging from doc, pdf and pages. I can also save documents as templates for later reuse for similar projects. In addition, I have been able to reduce the need to print documents or fax which used to be very cumbersome and time consuming. Finally, with docsketch, I have control of the order of signature and how many signatories I require for documents I send out. **What do you dislike about SignWell?** Unless you are using the templating feature, it can be a lot of pain adding the various textboxes and signature widgets on documents. For example, the last document I sent out had as many as 20 text boxes and over 12 initials (two per page) that I needed to add. That leads me to the secon issue. There is no in-app option to create a document directly in Docsketch. You have to upload the source document and then add the needed widget. This is a huge issue in that if there are any errors on the source document, you have to reupload the corrected document again and begin the proces of re-adding your widgets. I am optimistic that the developer will find a way in future enhancement to add this important document editing functionality to make Docsketch a winner. **Recommendations to others considering SignWell:** Docsketch is intuitive to use and does not require expert setup. The only minus is that you have to make sure the document is error-free to avoid having to readd applicable docsketch widget on it **What problems is SignWell solving and how is that benefiting you?** Efficiency in sending legal documents is a big one for me. Additionally, I do not have to worry about where to store tracked documents as everything is stored online and can be exported as pdf. ### 20. Doc signing softwares are generally feature specific so it's really nice to see software like this that can get the job done for a really affordable price. **What do you dislike about SignWell?** I'd like to see more API integrations, but for a doc singing software, this is pretty great. I don't have a lot of issues with this. **Recommendations to others considering SignWell:** Have a look at all the features you need to sign docs, this software generally provides all the necessary benefits that you'd usually pay a lot more money for on docusign. **What problems is SignWell solving and how is that benefiting you?** I've solved the problems of getting corporate docs signed upfront with cofounders. I've also been able to easily onboard new employees, sign NDAs etc. It's been super easy to save time and get a clarity of communication. ### 22.
