SignUpGenius is fairly simple and allows for ultimate customization of event signups. It's also free to use. Although it comes with an option to purchase a subscription to use more advanced aspects of the service, I find that the free version has plenty of helpful features to use. I dislike how difficult it is to edit signups; particularly, when you're wanting to delete days from an event's signup. Instead of being able to just click and delete the whole day. Say I have a signup that includes all Monday through Fridays in the month of March, but I only want to include Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays; I would need to go through the site and delete each individual signup slot for that day before I could delete the entire day. Therefore, if I have ten signup slots throughout the day for Tuesday, I would need to delete all ten slots within that day manually. In the context that my company uses this service, we only have about 10-15 signup slots for each day, however deleting all those individual slots becomes tedious after a while. I like that you can see what others have signed up to do and what times, how many slots, etc. I also like the flexibility with time slots and how many people you can put and all the different options and customization for names of time slots. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So many ads. It is honestly really distracting. When putting a description, it's not really obvious where to add it and how. I wish that there would be a reminder email sent out an hour before the shift rather than 2 days. (2 days is the earliest) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that there's a feature to hide the names of people who sign up for a meeting. I worked as a mentor for students on academic probation and needed to provide students with privacy, because students won't sign up if they feel embarrassed or if they are worried that people are going to spread information about them. The best outcome was that it SignUpGenius easily brought all sub-departments within StudentLIFE together. So many features for creating events it makes it easier, for example most workers are college students and go to class between work so the feature for timeslots was great!
