"Making Sign Ups Easy"

What do you like best about SignUpGenius?

I don't have to wait around to find out if people have signed up. I like that it gives the volunteers the power to schedule at a time that is convenient for them. I just send a link and they do the rest! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The inital setup can be tricky depending on what type of day/time/slot # combinations you need. It's not the slickest looking interface, but that's getting better with themed backgrounds and such. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SignUpGenius solving and how is that benefiting you?

Getting lots of signups in one place with one link is much easier than another type of calendar. Signer-uppers can see what's been claimed and what is still available, eliminating a back and forth of communication trying to determine what works for both parties. "Why Not Try It Once & See For One's Self?"

What do you like best about SignUpGenius?

As a participant, using SignUpGenius was easy: an organization using SignUpGenius to coordinate volunteers for a non-profit educational concern tasked one of its coordinators with coordinating a public invitation to participate; the coordinator made available a link to 'signupgenius.com' & any given participant needed only to visit the link to commit to participating on the day of the scheduled event (no account creation was required - but the option existed for those that wished to do so). What do you dislike about SignUpGenius?

The product has grown/developed over time - so keeping up with a (surprisingly large) set of features can be a bit of a challenge... but the fact of the same is a minor complaint (and actually not a complaint in the case of event organizers). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Given a free trial & a rich feature set - including integrations with other applications (e.g. Zoom) - there is little reason to object to trying the application (and arguably none in the event one is asked to use the application when committing to a volunteer opportunity); in short, why not? What problems is SignUpGenius solving and how is that benefiting you?

Organizations undergoing unplanned or unexpected changes in personnel/staffing can find themselves fully resourced with various partners (i.e. service providers) - but without documentation indicating how a given service provider accords with change regulatory requirements and/or organizational policies pertaining to those requirements; as such, a site like SignUpGenius can help assure that a given coordinator tasked with a responsibility - but without the means needed to comfortably achieve a given set of ends - can still make progress (i.e. assure that the most important concern, e.g. serving the public - and especially minor scholars, in the case of an educational concern - continues unabated). "Great Conference/Meeting Scheduling Tool"

What do you like best about SignUpGenius?

SignUpGenius makes scheduling conferences easy. It is simple to learn to use and you can easily share sign up information with others through the website or by copying a link, which can be sent out. It also tracks sign ups for all to see so there is no double booking appointments without purposely allowing this. It also easily allows users to track schedules conferences or meetings through the site, and meeting times can be easily moved around as well on the site. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SignUpGenius?

The only bad thing about SignUpGenius is that sometimes spam filters stop invites from going through to the intended recipients. This can be corrected by individually sending email links, which can be more time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would recommend others use this software as it really does simplify the scheduling process. I would also recommend users practice using the program to help walk users through the process should they struggle to use it when signing up for the first time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SignUpGenius speeds up the process of scheduling conferences. Previously counselors would have to individually Send emails and call parents to schedule conferences by hand. This program simplifies this process and makes it easier for parents to schedule conferences. It also provides a place parents can log back in to to check on the time they scheduled, saving time for parents and staff that would otherwise have to find this information. What I love about Sign-Up Genius is the ability to create quality sign-up sheets to help get people involved in various activities and ministry opportunities in our church. I also appreciate that, even in the free version of this website, SignUpGenius still features an abundance of exciting and attractive templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SignUpGenius?

Occasionally, I've found it a bit difficult to understand the various options and to really settle on the perfect option when it comes to question templates. Sometimes the varying different ways they give to you to set up your survey can be slightly confusing. However, these instances have been rare. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SignUpGenius?

It is very easy to create a sign up with instructions and information about an event. You can provide time slots for a single day or several days with ease. Then, it is even easier to share the sign up on a website, via email, or even with a link via text. I also like that I can copy a previous sign up and then edit the name, time slots, and dates. What do you like best about SignUpGenius?
