On top of the expensive cost to start there are an extra cost that you are not told about until you see the charge on your CC statement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Signpost?

absolutely nothing, ended up being a total scam and waste of money, no results, aggressive tactics, say there was a guarantee for results but they will never honor it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

everything, won't honor their guarantee and the service will not give you results, YOU have to bring THEM customer contacts, total scam Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Signpost solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Signpost?

The feedback and review emails are the best part. The filter system prevents bad reviews from being posted and encourages good reviews to be shared. Signpost is divided into 4 features: feedback/review emails, loyalty, new customer, and SMS messaging. It's an extremely effective means of keeping in touch with customers, both manually and automatically. It creates a database of your customers as well so that you can interact with them any way that you want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signpost?

I have to go through the account manager to get my account information changed. It would be great to be able to do it myself on the website. Also, I need to be able to separate permissions between myself as an admin and my client. I want to provide them with the automated reporting, but I don't want them going to the dashboard and changing everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Signpost:

They are currently expanding their product to be more agency-friendly. So, if you're an agency like us, it'll likely become an even better product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Signpost solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have several clients that were in desperate need of reviews and were asking for a solution. Signpost was able to deliver it. We're still working with their system, but it has some excellent options that are simple to use.
