You are able to manage your company reviews with their AI mia doing all of the work for you. 

**What do you dislike about Signpost?**

On top of the expensive cost to start there are an extra cost that you are not told about until you see the charge on your CC statement. 

**Recommendations to others considering Signpost:**

If you are a small company on a budget I recommend another similar product. For larger companies it is perfect. So yes and no.

Instant reviews, we love to be able to see how the customer experience was right away. We love to be able to correct something if it went wrong.

Nothing yet, we are excited to see how this can drive sales going forward.

It works pretty much immediately!

We love the filtering of reviews and immediate response. We have a much tighter grip o customer experiences.

absolutely nothing, ended up being a total scam and waste of money, no results, aggressive tactics, say there was a guarantee for results but they will never honor it.

**What do you dislike about Signpost?**

everything, won't honor their guarantee and the service will not give you results, YOU have to bring THEM customer contacts, total scam

none, run away, they will take your money and you will have nothing to show for it

**What problems is Signpost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

only caused problems, did it to increase customers thru advertising, zero benefits and had $1200 effectively stolen from me

**What do you like best about Signpost?**

The feedback and review emails are the best part. The filter system prevents bad reviews from being posted and encourages good reviews to be shared. Signpost is divided into 4 features: feedback/review emails, loyalty, new customer, and SMS messaging. It's an extremely effective means of keeping in touch with customers, both manually and automatically. It creates a database of your customers as well so that you can interact with them any way that you want. 

**What do you dislike about Signpost?**

I have to go through the account manager to get my account information changed. It would be great to be able to do it myself on the website. Also, I need to be able to separate permissions between myself as an admin and my client. I want to provide them with the automated reporting, but I don't want them going to the dashboard and changing everything.

**Recommendations to others considering Signpost:**

They are currently expanding their product to be more agency-friendly. So, if you're an agency like us, it'll likely become an even better product. 

**What problems is Signpost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have several clients that were in desperate need of reviews and were asking for a solution. Signpost was able to deliver it. We're still working with their system, but it has some excellent options that are simple to use. With the new data we're gaining, we're also going to be able to manually do some outreach to make the system even more effective.
