Often times when I upload a PDF it uploads blurry then I have to hard reset the page. When I do this, it requires that I re-enter the info of the signers. Super annoying and has caused some issues in the past. Also, sometimes the actual documents go to spam or junk much more frequently than with other providers for document signatures I've used in the past. **What problems is SignNow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Need to get my order forms signed as easily and quickly as possible and often this platform does not get the job done. We were greatly in need of a new option, but like most humans, we were afraid of change. Switching to Sign now was not the horrible experience i was expecting. The price was comparable. Set up was minimal, and the program solved many of the problems I had been facing with our previous program. The big thing we needed that SignNow helped with was the ability to make changes to a contract without completely starting over. **What do you dislike about SignNow?** It is not entirely intuitive. In the past, I had to fax or email the forms. The customer had to print out, fill out, sign, then copy fax/email me back. With SignNow, I can email the customer with a link. The customer clicks it, fills out the forms & signs, and it's complete. This triggers an email to me from SignNow. I click a link in the email and download the completed paperwork. ### 11. Other than that signing order and really the value of the features we get based on what we spend is pretty nice. Overall we have really enjoyed using the software and will continue to do so. **What do you dislike about SignNow?** Lack of integration points with zapier and integromat. Automation is extremely important to us and that would make this a truly world class product. Sometimes the software can be a little too rigid or have some strange workflows but these are pretty easy to overlook because everything else in the software is spot on. **Recommendations to others considering SignNow:** I truly believe this is a great system just try to decide how much functionality you need and customization vs simplicity and ease of use. **What problems is SignNow solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a pretty slow document signing process for NDAs, MNDAs, Service Agreements, Proposals, etc.. This allows us to now only get things signed quickly it gives us some real flexibility around who can send documents. Time is money and inefficient processes increase overhead quite a bit. ### 13. If you have any space in the beginning or end, it won't pull up any results and if you don't realize their is a space (maybe after copy and pasting) you are left scratching your head. Often times, the search feature just doesn't work at all. I put in an email i know is right, it pulls up nothing, and I have to try 3 more times in a row for it to work. There is a bad connection between email and cellphones. If you click a link on your phone to get to a specific document, your phone will only take you to the signnow homepage. Also, the app is not good. It's not user friendly and search is even worse on the app. I've used signnow for years now, so I'm not "inexperienced" These are flaws. Once I emailed in about a search issue and was told "to check if there was a space." ....If you KNOW thats an issue why isn't it just fixed??? I emaled once about an issue with getting a template t owork, wasn't fixed, still can't use it to this day. So there are many times that letters of explanations are needed from borrowers. I use this as a teacher for students and parents to sign, so I send hundreds at a time and it's very time-consuming to have to open every single one to identify whose I have received and mark it somewhere. It would be nice if the title could be a name (even if the signer needs to put it themselves when signing the document) instead of a random number. **Recommendations to others considering SignNow:** Name your common files how you need to organize them or when they are signed, they will be very difficult to organize. **What problems is SignNow solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am able to quickly obtain signatures from students and parents electronically that before, on paper, got lost and jumbled and difficult to organize. After reading the help file, it still took some playing with it and testing to realize what was missing. We are able to build an approved proxy for each owner using an excel spreadsheet with the required information that only needs a signature and date. We've also found it incredibly convenient to sign documents other folks send us by uploading them to our account, signing them, and returning them to the sender (or using the CC feature to send them directly through SignNow). Adding signature and initial fields is easy, as is uploading, downloading and sending documents. All around, we're very pleased with the service. **What do you dislike about SignNow?** There are a few odd issues with the software, such as its inability to remember recipient names but not their emails. So even when you find the email you want, you still have to manually type that person's name. There are a few other things, like the inability to require the uploading of attachments by the recipient, or for us upload word docs without the formatting going insane, or individual PDF files, and to and customize the Subject line of sent messages, but I believe those are available in a premium package and we have only the first tier option, which is a solvable problem. Our recipients like the ease of use, as do our staff, and we'll happily stay with SignNow for the foreseeable future. **Recommendations to others considering SignNow:** We chose SignNow after considering DocuSign, HelloSign and two other competitors. We chose SignNow as our long-term software partner after the trial period based on the ease of use in customizing documents for signature and based on price. SignNow is very competitive, and the basic package offers all the features we need most. The additional packages, which we haven't yet explored, may solve the few inconveniences we shared. We have been very pleased with SignNow and l encourage you to utilize the trial period and see if they are as good a fit for your business as they have been for ours. **What problems is SignNow solving and how is that benefiting you?** By using SignNow, we've dramatically decreased the contract timeline with clients from us sending them paper or email copies, them trying to find a printer (harder than it sounds these days), then a scanner or a smartphone to photograph the pages and send them back. Or them having to buy a really big envelope and mail us thick packets of paperwork, some of which would get returned for insufficient postage and really cause a crink in our mutual business operations. My staff doesn't need most of them, but there are some pretty cool things you can do, and I think most people would find helpful. One example of this is "magic" fields (they may also call them "smart" fields). These fields are essentially dynamic placeholders in your document, which can be filled automatically based on the signing link; you append parameter values to the URL to do this. Even relatively small businesses will likely find this useful. Our company used the feature to fill out 90% of a form that we had to send to customers; we dynamically added the customer info to the URL when we send the signing link and boom, it made the process a lot easier for our customers. One other note is that they have been steadily releasing new features for more than a year now. It took them a while to get up to speed, at least from when we first signed up, but they have it down now. **What do you dislike about SignNow?** One thing that annoys me is that we cannot change the email our documents are sent from. Well, at least not easily. I did it once and had to request for them to change it for me. You can customize the emails themselves as well as the signing instructions, but not the sending email. Another small thing is that every document we send retains the same title; that is the name of the document template. I long ago found myself wishing that we could dynamically rename documents after signing, such as appending the signers name. We only send a handful of documents but it can be overwhelming when you try to find a specific one among hundreds with the same title. **What problems is SignNow solving and how is that benefiting you?** They make it easy to send the same documents repeatedly.
