Nearly everyone I've sent a document to has been able to sign without a problem. SignNow is a great value, especially if you purchase the annual package which saves you a lot more money than other services like DocuSign and HelloSign **What do you dislike about SignNow?** It would be nice to be able to better organize folders and files- it's little tedious to organize at files at times but there are minor quibbles. **What problems is SignNow solving and how is that benefiting you?** SignNow enables me to get signatures that are legally binding (and approved legally) from people without having to email the document to a bunch of people and get individual signature pages back. With SignNow, all signatures you send out through SignNow will appear on the same document and the PDF will show all signatures on the document have been validated. It also sends follow up emails I believe which can be helpful when a client misses the first email to sign. I believe you have to set a preference to send follow up emails but they can be very helpful. I also like that people can download the app to sign their documents making it a seamless process as well. **What do you dislike about SignNow?** The time it requires to create a document, I'm only going to use one time, but that will be the case with any app. I would like to see follow-up emails automatically sent vs. having to set them up manually for each document you need to be signed. The process of signing documents is clear, concise, and requires very little computer know-how. I like the straight-forward process my clients go through to return the document to me. I love the automatic reminders, and the ability to upload documents that contain the form fields already placed. The process is easy, quick, and requires no additional oranization from myself or clients. **What do you dislike about SignNow?** Finding FAQs is sometimes tricky. It'd be great if there were a help/directions resource on the home page to speed up document creation. I'm not too fond of the difficulty of learning to use the program to create documetns and the lack of resources when signed in. I would like to see either mouse hovering for explanation implemented or a "quick guide" overlay that explains each item on the screen. I would also like the reminder feature to extend past seven days, as it does not. I'd also find it helpful if there were a way to change the default settings since I am mainly sending the same document with different information filled in, and they all require the same settings. **What problems is SignNow solving and how is that benefiting you?** Missing important signed documents is a thing of the past. Following up is easier than ever since I can set it up to remind clients automatically. I love the set it and forget it automatic reminders. The benefit of Sign Now is reduced time spent verifying and following up on missing documents. The easy-to-use archive makes viewing outstanding documents easy. The problem of lost documents is a thing of the past with the archive, and keeping track of outstanding is as easy as moving completed documents. ### 26. It makes digital signatures easy and secure. Signnow has an excellent user interface, which is simple to understand. You can easily upload unsigned documents and donload already sained documents. It allows you to edit documents before you send them with multiple optios for signatures, text boxes, date options and customizable check boxes. Signnow also allows you multiple user options, with multiple email addresses so each user can customize their own user interface. The program makes it easy to group documents together and even allows for team coordination on documents. The proram also allows for easy merging of documents so you can combine mulltiple signed documents into one single document. Overall an excellent product with many options for both personal and buisness uses. **What do you dislike about SignNow?** The only problems I have found are it could be slightly easier to customize emails sent, but it can be done with little effort. It would also be nice to be able to send out for multiple signatures on a document under a single email address, but I have not ben able to figure out how to do this. Depending on the document you are setting up, it can take some time, but it is more efficient than any of the other platforms on the market and at a better subcription price. **What do you dislike about SignNow?** I don't know if this is possible, but it would help if SignNow could integrate more seamlessly with Adobe PDF forms that were created for signature within Adobe Acrobat. It would be really helpful if it could automatically "read" the format of a PDF document. We have had to take a number of extra steps to set up signatures in forms such as the IRS W-9 form. **Recommendations to others considering SignNow:** Make sure you take time to walk through the tutorials so that you fully understand the process in advance. It is very affordable compared to other similar products. Other products appeared to be hard to use and therefore hard to implement plus the cost for more difficult programs was much higher than SignNow. It speeds up the onboarding process for our small business. We quickly put people's information in and send them documents to sign without having to insert fields and set roles every time we send out our standard agreements and forms. It is great having a backup location for our documents. **What do you dislike about SignNow?** The only difficulty we have with the SignNow platform is the number of emails the creator of documents get as the document goes between signers. It would be helpful to be able to opt out of the tracking emails.
