What do you like best about Signitic?

What problems is Signitic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Google Workspace does not allow centralized signature management. At least not like Signitic offers. Signitic allows us to easily centralize and standardize Gmail signatures for all employees via Google Workspace. Previously, each user managed their signature manually, which led to visual inconsistencies and omissions during updates. Now, everything is automated, consistent, and quick to deploy: a single change on the administrator's side is enough for everyone to be up to date. What do you like best about Signitic?

I greatly appreciate the simplicity of using Signitic, which makes it easier for us to manage our employees' email signatures on a daily basis. The ability to create distribution groups is particularly useful as it allows for visuals to be tailored according to the department, which enhances the visual consistency and effectiveness of our internal communication. What do you like best about Signitic?

What I appreciate most about Signitic is the ease of use combined with the power of the tool. In just a few clicks, our entire team is aligned with a professional, consistent, and up-to-date signature. The centralization of branding and campaigns in the signatures is a true lever for passive but effective communication.

→ The interface is intuitive, and deployment is frictionless, even without a dedicated technical team. Huge time savings on signature management.

→ Standardization of branding on all outgoing emails.

→ Underestimated marketing tool: banners in signatures allow for very targeted campaigns.

→ Seamless integration with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.

What do you dislike about Signitic?

There are few weaknesses, but if I had to mention one, it would be the lack of advanced customization for certain specific roles in the company. For example, for Sales teams, we would like to be able to test different types of signatures in A/B testing more easily, or to vary messages by segment.

Before, each employee had a different signature, which harmed our brand image and complicated management. With Signitic, everything is automated: information is always up to date, the design is consistent, and we can launch communication campaigns directly via the signatures.

"Signitic as a problem solver"

What do you like best about Signitic?

Functionality and ease of use. It offers one platform use for multiple brands, along with campaign options which can set up for departments. The tracking analysis and automations are amazing. Implementation was seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signitic?

Initial problems while integrating with two different Google Workspaces, but was very well handled by the support team. The other part was importing contacts since it created duplicates while not importing entire entries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Signitic solving and how is that benefiting you?

We run two different companies from the same industry with a total work force of 70 people comprising of at least 6 departments in each company. We used to use two different platforms for our signatures which added more time and effort in terms of utilizing the platforms. Signitic solved that problem by giving us one platform where we can manage entire work force, banner campaign, automations, user profiles, and keep the brand consistency. "Ease of Use and Essential Custom Signatures"

What do you like best about Signitic?

I love the ease of use of Signitic. It is very easy to use and coordinate the designs to have uniform signatures. I also appreciate the ability to create multiple signatures with different priority levels. This allows me to keep a standard signature all year with medium priority, then highlight another signature with maximum priority during important events. "We save time and have improved communication with the outside."

What do you like best about Signitic?

Ease of use and setup, without too many tutorials or documentation to read, we very quickly deployed Signitic across the entire network. I also appreciated the integration with O365, Lucca, and Sellsy. We allow the retrieval of all information from a common repository, and to update signatures very simply and quickly. Finally, we were able to call on customer support, and I always received a quick response to my issues (a few small bugs that were quickly fixed). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signitic?

the few small bugs encountered during the implementation of the signature, and the fact that the signature does not always display when we are offline in Office 365, or when replying from Office 365 via the preview window. These are small things that detract from the overall positive aspects of the application. Overall, we remain very satisfied with the solution, the price is reasonable for a significant time saving!
