Love how fast and easy the detection system is scanning all customer profiles for suspecious activity. Any customer profile that is first time making a purchase but make a bulk order is blocked and alerted to administrator either to approve or reject the order. What I like is the complete automation that frees up my team, and the financial gaurantee on chargebacks gives us complete peace of mid. Plus, we gain a lot of confidence in accepting high-value orders, which translates into a direct increase in revenue by reducing false charges and, therefore, optimizing workflow.
