So far, after tracking thousands of orders, it has scored 100% of catching fraudulent orders. That is why we signed up for their service in the first place, so we are pleased with its accuracy. It would be great if there was a way for their service to either stop or place fraudulent orders on hold before the payment is actually processed. This means we have to go back and issue refunds. However, it still beats sending out a full order of products only to later discover it was fraudulent, and the thief has also received our goods. So, in the end, it's not too big of a deal that we have to issue refunds for fraudulent orders. I know we have saved quite a bit by not shipping "bad" orders. The main reason we got this service was so we can ship to a different address other than the billing address. Sadly, that is the number one way scammers commit online fraud these days. We know that if we only allowed orders to be shipped to the billing address, we would lose a significant amount of orders through our website.
