The new Power Search is a powerful tool and we've barely scratched the surface of what it is capable of. With Signifyd we haven't sent out a single fraudulent order in over 2 years now. **What do you dislike about Signifyd?** There is a feature I've wanted for years but I'm not sure it's even possible. Signifyd notes when an individual is associated with previous chargebacks, which is fantastic, but it would be nice to have additional intelligence in regards to whether it was a fraudulent chargeback or for a legitimate reason. **What problems is Signifyd solving and how is that benefiting you?** Signifyd has helped us prevent tens (perhaps even hundreds) of thousands of dollars in fraud.
