The claim header acts as a folder so you only need to create one per week/monthly and then add your claim items to it. This can be completed via the receipt. When you view a receipt, the claim form is attached and if the receipt was scanned when it was uploaded to your My Receipts, the date and the amount should auto populate. You can then just add the spend category and a description. Once saved, you can then choose to add the new item to an existing claim header or create a new claim.
When you have additional fields such as the Cost Centre, if this is always going to be the same, you can set it to default. Check out the article below to find out how.

When a claim is rejected, the notes can be seen by hovering the mouse over the yellow note under the claim, in the claims list. Alternatively, open the claim and you can then view the notes in the header.
The quickest way to upload your receipts is to snap a picture using the mobile app, as long as your internet connection is good, it will upload to your My Receipts immediately.
