"Webexpenses Streamlined Our Expense Management with Seamless Xero Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Webexpenses?

What I like best about Webexpenses is how much it has simplified our expense management process. Moving away from spreadsheets has saved us a lot of time, and the platform is intuitive for employees to use. Uploading receipts, coding expenses, and submitting claims is quick and straightforward.

The approval workflow is efficient, and the integration with Xero means expenses flow seamlessly into our accounting system, reducing manual work and improving accuracy. We also get great value from the Webexpenses digital cards, which allow employees to make business purchases without paying out of pocket and waiting for reimbursement. Overall, it has made managing company expenses faster, easier, and more controlled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webexpenses?

Very little. Like any new software, there was an initial learning curve during implementation, but once configured the platform has been easy to use and has significantly improved our expenses process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fast, easy, and hassle-free expense tracking!"
5/5
What do you like best about Webexpenses?

As a Wise employee, I find our integration with Webexpenses seamless, and the onboarding process was completely hassle-free. I mainly use it to claim expenses for team outings and cab fares, and I always get the exact Price/ROI back promptly. The app performance is fast, and the AI support was really helpful during my initial claims setup. The standout feature for me is the mobile app/web: I mostly submit my bills in website. What do you dislike about Webexpenses?

The UI/UX, integrations, performance, pricing/ROI, support/onboarding, and AI capabilities are all awesome—no changes required! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Straightforward, Reliable Expense Management"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Webexpenses?

Webexpenses is straightforward and easy to navigate. Everyone in the team can use it without any issues, including those who are less comfortable with technology. Submitting and checking expenses is quick, and the system fits well with the way we work. It runs reliably and does exactly what we need it to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webexpenses?

The mileage tool can be frustrating. It often defaults to the shortest or quickest route, then flags a policy warning if the actual journey differs. That does not reflect real driving, where traffic, road closures and other factors affect the route taken. Some expenses also require the same or similar descriptions to be entered more than once. The input process can feel clunky, and pages are occasionally slow to load or save. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Less Hassle Over Time, Faster Loading Across Devices and Abroad: digital over paper"
4/5
What do you like best about Webexpenses?

In the 5 years I've been using it across different platforms with different OS systems and across different devices, it has become less of a hassle to deal with. For example, eyes would roll in the department whenever we had to complete it or expenses. Not so much this year. Note, it could also be to our college IT system, where Webexpenses does load quicker these days, when we are abroad, especially in China Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webexpenses?

The interface is still very compact, with scrolling issues I find.

The font inside the dialog and text boxes are relatively large, but this is not necessarily an issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Expense Entry with Automatic Mileage via Map Feature"
4/5
What do you like best about Webexpenses?

It is very easy to enter mileage and other expenses and upload receipts. I especially like the map feature for mileage so that the calculation is automatic. The software is easy to implement and all employees in my department are using it at this time. We use it daily for all mileage related expenses and any direct cost reimbursements related to the program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webexpenses?

When approving my direct report's mileage, the report can be a little tricky to read. For example, the addresses in the mileage section tend to be jumbled together and can often be on the same line as another address. I feel like this software could be improved if it integrated with our systems a little more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Reduced admin - automated approval workflow speeds up processing and reduces email traffic (admin effort). There are less paper receipts, all proof of transactions are saved within the tool.

Company compliance - takes into account company policies towards expenses, alerts employees if they are over spending.

Automatic calculation of mileage claims and the carbon data reporting.

Very minimal manual entry therefore reduced errors.

Integrates with Xero seamlessly.

Real-time visibility by providing an informative dashboard detailing vital financial data, consequently allowing real-time reports to be downloaded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webexpenses?

When pulling a report, I am unable to go back to view the filters set. You have to re-submit all the data again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Straightforward Receipt Capture with Handy AI Autofill"
4/5
What do you like best about Webexpenses?

Especially for company card receipts, it’s very straightforward to stay on top of everything: I can use the camera for quick capture and then download receipts that come in by email. Other expenses are also easy to upload and log, so nothing gets missed. The AI autofill is a genuinely handy addition and saves time on the repetitive details. Overall, the software runs smoothly and fits well into my day-to-day routine. I can’t really comment on pricing or support, since my company purchased it, and I haven’t needed to contact support yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webexpenses?

I have no immediate dislikes regarding WebExpenses. It does what I need it to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple understanding, with amazing efficient features."
4/5
What do you like best about Webexpenses?

The layout is easy to understand, and I can track each stage of my claims as they are submitted, approved, and processed.

A feature I really like and use all the time is the copying and pasting of previous claims, as it is a lot faster just changing the information that is different. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webexpenses?

Sometimes when I am using the mobile app it can be very slow and show messages like failed to load items, especially when uploading receipts from my camera roll it says "there was a problem verifying the receipt." Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient Mobile Integration, Needs UI Improvements"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Webexpenses?

I like Webexpenses for its desktop and mobile compatibility, which makes switching between the two convenient. I also appreciate the ability to photograph receipts with the mobile camera and upload them easily to interact with the system and inputs on my desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webexpenses?

I can't upload multiple receipts in a batch from the camera gallery, have to do them one at a time. Autofill of text fields often causes an error and the submission to be incomplete. The interface for viewing receipts is clunky. Choices made on values and tax often get reset and inputs are lost when switching between pages. The user interface isn't as friendly as it could be. It's difficult to see which transactions and associated receipts have been completed. The initial setup was somewhat clunky, and it felt slow to get going with. "Clear, Straightforward Expense Tracking for a Project Manager"
4/5
What do you like best about Webexpenses?

It’s very clear and straightforward to define any expenses. I can easily specify what each expense is for, the date it relates to, and which project it’s tied to, which makes tracking individual items much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Webexpenses?

I haven’t really run into any issues while using the app or the website. The only thing I’d suggest is making the mileage map a bit more interactive, so it isn’t limited to manually adding addresses or dragging the travel line. That would mainly be a convenience improvement rather than a fix for a real problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
