If I have made a mistake, I can quite clearly see on the map that I did not travel that far. Also, I can see the history of expenses claimed to check if it's roughly the same each week. I honestly don't have any significant dislikes. My experience has been very positive—the platform is easy to use, reliable, and makes submitting and tracking expenses straightforward. I love having access to the app on the go, as well as the desktop version. It's easy to toggle between profiles, and the ability to take a photo of a receipt and automatically save it to my claim is convenient. Perhaps it's my subscription level, but I don't have the option to save a report into USD, only GBP. I use both GBP and USD reports, and the need to convert back and forth adds to my workload.

The app also defaults to UK and GBP, which is very annoying when I've already changed it to USA and USD. If I forgot to categorize the expense before adding to a claim, the screen resets to UK / GBP, even when I've already changed them.

Also, the app sometimes takes a photo of only a tiny portion of the receipt,(such as the bar code), and I have to go in and edit the crop it to show the entire receipt. When I start with a receipt, Webexpenses doesn't automatically read much of it, so it's still usually manual entry for the vendor, correcting the amount and currency. The date is usually correct.

I wish I could receive notifications on behalf of others. I wish that there was a reminder feature that I could use to resend the submitted report to approvers who have forgotten to approve.

A search function would be extremely helpful. For example, how many ChatGPT receipts have I submitted this year? Which would tell me which month is missing.
