One aspect of SignHouse that impresses me is its sheer simplicity. Signing an e-document shouldn't be intimidating. At the moment, I can't think of one. Maybe larger corporations require advanced customization in the document. And more control over the electronic document processes. 100% legally-binding, as they call it - they’ve convinced me that their eSignatures are compliant with eSignature laws in Europe, UK, US, etc. I’ve used other vendors but they were either too expensive (and with costs scaling up REALLY fast) or just limited to PDF editors that looked like they could place a signature.
