"Simple and Highly Effective"
5/5
What do you like best about SignHouse?

The user interface is great and the team behind SignHouse is fantastic. I sign many documents every day and finding a tool like this that makes signing documents so simple and does so by doing it quickly and efficiently means I will continue to use SignHouse for any document I have to sign. Regarding the team, Daniel, the co-founder is always attentive and prompt to help with any issues i've encountered. I truly recommened SignHouse to any one looking to use electronic signatures for their business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SignHouse?

I've experienced some downtimes where I get errors or issues whiule uploading a document that i'm trying to sign. This happens very sparringly and when it does, the team is always there to provide a solution that works. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Very good software!"

What do you like best about SignHouse?

The simplicity of use and the tracking of signatures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SignHouse?

The need to waste time on setting up signatures when it is the same contract used, as I often use the same documents for training contracts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game-changer"
5/5
What do you like best about SignHouse?

SignHouse feels like a big upgrade. The platform has wooed me with its great pricing and the good set of features it provides.

SignHouse’s interface is a breath of fresh air: simple, efficient, and modern - which factors into how we’re perceived by our clients when they sign our documents with SignHouse.

Moreover, the assurance of 100% legally binding documents and compliance with eSignature laws across the globe gave me the peace of mind that I could go forward with them. I haven’t looked back since. The added layer of security and confidence provided by the audit trail feature is a must for eSignature solutions, and not all of the PDF tools provide that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SignHouse?

I wish SignHouse was a bit more ahead in terms of development, although I understand I wouldn’t have gotten the pricing we’ve had now had it been there.

I can suggest a bit more focus on the workspace separation: in a workspace, everything is “put together” for all users. Some compartmentalization would help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"10x’d our signing process. Very intuitive, simple to use - perfect tool for our business."
5/5
What do you like best about SignHouse?

When starting a new contract with a client, signing used to be this process where I’d just send a PDF and hope for the best. I used to suggest to my clients that they use a specific PDF signing website, but… ultimately it was down to them. Loads of problems stemmed from that - different tools, signatures not placed properly - etc. And I personally had no idea whether all these tools DID legally-binding signatures.

Enter SignHouse. Now *we* handle the document preparation process, so we know everything is streamlined.

Instead of a chaotic situation which could have endless ramifications, the process is simple now:

We prepare the document → send it to our client → they sign → job done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SignHouse?

Sometimes it takes a long time when we’re preparing the very same document again and again. Luckily all documents need to be customizable on our end, but we need the templates function done ASAP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Perfect for our needs"
5/5
What do you like best about SignHouse?

SignHouse feels like a much easier way to do document management (and obviously eSignatures). Everything seems to simply fall in place beautifully: sending, receiving, audit trails, reminders, etc. I didn’t need all the bells and whistles that other providers offer for much much more (e.g. starting at $45/mo *per user*).

Besides, the clean look does help with our customers. Of course, they’d have probably signed regardless, but it’s still a nice touch.

SignHouse has been just what I’ve been mentioning in the title: perfect for our needs! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SignHouse?

It’s not that we dislike it, but we’d very much have liked SignHouse to have an affiliate program. I have a couple of connections that would benefit from SignHouse, so

I can’t think of any major downside so far. Sure, some features were only accessible after getting on a paid plan, but I guess that’s just industry standard at this point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Does the job BEAUTIFULLY!"
5/5
What do you like best about SignHouse?

As the founder of a startup, we’ve got a lot of “digital paper” that moves around - back and forth, back and forth. We were in need of software that suited *us*.

Sure, there’s DocuSign. But the interface wasn’t exactly what we needed. Besides, pricing could scale up really fast, as we hire more juniors and interns.

SignHouse looked like what we needed. From the moment we integrated SignHouse into our workflow, the efficiency and convenience it brought to our signing process were visible almost instantly.

Our team can now effortlessly send, manage, and receive crucial documents such as proposals, contracts, and RFPs with just a few clicks.

No more cumbersome paper trails or delays - everything is now executed seamlessly online.

Besides, the Audit Trail feature is what can save us in case anything goes wrong - you don’t want to think about it this way, but you have to. We did at least.

All in all, a 5/5 stars experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SignHouse?

There are a few areas in which SignHouse can do better.

In some areas, the app looks “sparse”. Sure, I don’t want them to go to the old, convoluted way of DocuSign. But perhaps that’s just something that will come with time as more and more features are being built.

Which brings me to my next point: SignHouse isn’t more than 1.5y old, and that shows - see my comment above.

I’ve also experienced a couple of bugs, but the support team was very responsive, transparent and they’ve fixed those situations faster than I’ve ever had them fixed with any other software.

Time will make it better (or at least I hope!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"So glad I found SignHouse"
5/5
What do you like best about SignHouse?

SignHouse stood out to us due to its interface and clear messaging of their website (and branding). What came up next was a confirmation of my feeling - the app is the most efficient one I’ve used out of all the platforms out there.

I appreciate how, despite being a young software solution, it’s available in 20+ languages when signing. Great for us as we work with clients from all over the world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SignHouse?

They have still a long way to go in order to match their competitors. That being said, I “invested” in the product (as they say on their website), as I expect more and more to come from them.

One other thing I’d note: the per-workspace pricing might deter some people. I’m all in on my company, but to those that have multiple projects (happened with a friend of ours that I wanted to refer SignHouse to), it might not be the best way to price things. "The write esignatures for you"
4.5/5
What do you like best about SignHouse?

SignHouse is a sleek speedster in the world of eSignatures. It's like a well-oiled machine, running smoothly and efficiently without a hiccup. The user experience? Top-notch. It's small in size but punches above its weight, a true David in a field of Goliaths. And the cherry on top? It's 100% legally binding, keeping me on the right side of the law, whether I'm in Europe, the UK, or the US. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SignHouse?

Comparing SignHouse to other software is like night and day. Others either burn a hole in my pocket with their escalating costs or offer PDF editors that just about manage to place a signature. But with SignHouse, I'm hoping for more than just the basics. It's a promising start, but there's always room for growth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
