SignDex is an e-signature and digital signature platform for organizations that need legally binding, audit-ready signing and control over where documents are stored. It creates tamper-evident PDF signatures to the PAdES-LTV standard, using Adobe Approved Trust List (AATL) certificates and multiple certification authorities, including licensed local CAs in Malaysia. Teams send, route and track agreements with sequential, parallel and approval workflows, reusable templates, automatic reminders and guest signing that needs no account. Signer identity can be confirmed by email, SMS OTP, SSO or eKYC, and every action is recorded in a sealed audit trail. Developers embed signing inside CRM, ERP and HR systems through a headless REST API and webhooks. Signed files can go straight to customer-owned S3-compatible storage or an on-premise deployment, supporting PDPA, GDPR and data residency requirements in banking, insurance, healthcare and the public sector.
