The authentication process. Signaturit offers different options to authenticate the identity of the signer, such as including a photo, SMS verification, or including a request for the signer to attach a certain file. When you place the different fields you want to include in your document (e.g. name, surname, company, date, location etc.), you have to align them manually. If this alignment was automatic, setting up new templates would be a quicker process. But other than that, I’m a big fan of the platform and I can’t think of anything else to improve. I really love the layout of the platform because it’s super user friendly and very easy to navigate. You can find all the information you’re looking for quickly using the left menu. I’m also a big fan of the file certification feature, which allows you to certify files to demonstrate that no modifications have been made to the file.
