Signaturit is a very simple tool to implement and use by any company. It quickly digitizes all signing processes, both for employees and with third parties. It improves both the efficiency of the signing process and the agreement closing rate. If you need more credits than your plan you need to upgrade them and they will be billed every month. I just needed credits for a one time batch. But now they also charged them (300+ euro) for the next month whilst I won't use them. Getting in contact with support will just tell you it's bad luck and you had to switch to lower credits just before renewal. Meaning that if you built any automation people cannot get a signature request. So this is very very user unfriendly. They should just allow for one time credits which wont be billed monthly.
