I have tried dozens of platforms for signing documents throughout my professional life, they all do basically the same thing, but Signaturely is the only one that has managed to synthesize this process in an agile and simple way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Despite being a cloud-native application, I sometimes find it gets overloaded with documents of more than 50 pages containing large amounts of graphics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Signaturely does not require the signee to have an account to process signatures from external partner. User interface is clean. Has potential but requires improvement in basic feature settings. Unfortunately, not intuitively to use. Instructions and structured hints are missing. Really smooth and transparent process workflow with external parties. Meticulous status reporting. To put that first: I'm going to keep Signaturely because of the feature set. But it is not love-at-first-sight, more a good approach with room to improve.

Totally annoying is that the system requires the user to remove all "Me" fields in a document while not being transparent which fields are actually "Me" because nothing was ever assigned to "Me". Unfortunately, the system use is absolutely not intuitive and the help provided just leaves one clueless. This is especially negative as it is absolutely not required to pre-assign any "Me" fields when the purpose of the application is to collect external signatures. It would be easy to differentiate if I want to send out an invoice intentionally signed by "Me" or a contract required to be signed by an external "someone". Easy to improve flaw though. Hoping for a system update here because document handling is so unnecessarily complicated compared to the perfect workflow.

What I also dislike is that the signing process adds 2 more pages to a document. Having used Acrobat Sign in the past where you get just one additional stamp on the document with the respective confirmation, this seems pretty excessive. It is working, but just not optimal, especially considering the fact that the same lengthy information could be squeezed into 1/2 of a page easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Signaturely is how it simplifies the whole process of getting documents signed. It’s so easy to use, and I can track everything in real-time, which saves me a lot of back-and-forth. The only thing I find a bit lacking is the customization options for the email templates. It would be great to have more flexibility to tailor them to my brand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Signaturely makes it a breeze for my clients to sign their contracts. They don't have to worry about complicated PDF software or printing and signing their documents. They just click on my link and sign and date their contracts in a matter of seconds with Signaturely. Plus, I love that I can track who has or hasn't signed yet.
