You can add signatures for all users at once, separate signatures by department, create campaigns and view the number of clicks they have received, add custom fields and create different signatures. You can create one with the first name, surname, email address and position, and another with the department and no position. What do you dislike about Signature 365? I don't like that if a user wants a unique field, you have to create a signature just for them. It would be great to be able to customise them all, because that way I have 80 signatures for 500 users and when something in the signature changes, I have to go through them one by one. Until now, we had the problem that some had a giant image, others had pixelated images, different fonts, it wasn't corporate and didn't follow the company's brand. That’s exactly the experience we aim for. Regarding your point about unique fields: you can address much of this today using custom fields to avoid having dozens of largely identical signatures. Signature 365 supports adding custom fields that can be inserted into a single template on a per-user basis, reducing the need to manage multiple separate signature versions manually, and giving your users the ability to select which fields they wish to display - I have attached our KB article to this reply. We have an autoresponder feature in our current roadmap at updates.signature365.com, but I do not as yet have any timelines to share here.
