I also appreciate the responsive and knowledgeable customer support, which helped us fine-tune the configuration during rollout. What I like best about Signature 365 is how seamless and centralized signature management has become. We no longer need to install or troubleshoot signatures on individual devices, and it works perfectly on mobile as well. The ability to automatically pull user details from Active Directory and assign different signatures by department has saved us a lot of time while ensuring consistent branding across the organization. Very occasionally and on rare occasions, we have seen minor issues with signatures, but support is quick to respond and resolve them. What I like most about Signature 365 is its ease of use and integration. Although the initial setup may take some time, once configured it is very intuitive and efficient. We recently implemented it for more than 100 people in Grandvalira, and the change has been very positive. Now, when we need to modify the signatures, we do it from a single centralized point, which saves a lot of time and avoids errors. In general, the experience has been very good, although the initial setup can be somewhat complex, especially when working with many users and different departments. From setup to deployment, everything feels streamlined and well thought out, making it incredibly easy to work with, even for those who aren’t particularly tech savvy. Compared to previous signature solutions we've used, Signature 365 is a significant improvement. The flexibility it offers, combined with its reliability, has made our signature management process smoother and more efficient. We’ve run several signature campaigns using the platform, and the results have been excellent. We rely on it frequently because the integration process is so straightforward—just a few clicks and it was ready to deploy across our entire team.
