I enjoy the user experience within Signature 365 because it is very easy to make changes/updates within the platform. Whenever a colleague needs to make an edit to their populated email signature, I can assist them quickly and have it update immediately. Also, the directions for making changes are easily understandable and I feel confident making mass updates for my team without making mistakes. What do you dislike about Signature 365? I don't like how some of the user journey is a little bit wonky. Navigating from the home page to the exact signature I want to edit can be tricky and considering I use this program once a month, I can often forget the process. One of the biggest reasons we implemented a centralised signature solution, was becuase staff would create their own, off-brand signatures and we had no control over them. As a company of over 500 people, we have been using Symprex for more than 6 years. We have found it to be forthright and easy to use in the past, however this new iteration of Symprex 365 with its outlook integration and cloud based (as opposed to server based like the previous version) Dash and configuration makes this, by far, the best version yet. Implementation was relatively smooth and has allowed quick and easy logging in for any signature work required. We have multiple signatures for different departments and separate signatures for executives or individuals which are al easily modified from the Symprex Dash. Symprex365 is a powerful tool for organisations looking to enhance their Microsoft 365 management capabilities. The dash based signature editor can sometimes space oddly while editing sigs which includes images. However this is nothing that cannot be overcome with a little tweaking. Symprex lets us roll out identical signatures to all employes while also seperating out Executives for their alternate signature. What stands out the most about Signature 365 is its reliability and excellent support. We previously used a competing solution that constantly bugged out and offered little to no help when issues arose. Since switching to Symprex, we’ve had a completely different experience. The onboarding process was seamless, support was available every step of the way, and upgrading from trial to paid took less than five minutes. The product itself is rock-solid and highly customizable. Just recently, I had a unique request for adding a conditional out-of-office date selection for employees. I reached out to support and received a direct response with code and clear steps to implement it—no confusion, no back and forth. It just worked. Even though we're based in a PST timezone and Symprex operates out of the UK, I always receive prompt responses by the next business day. With Signature 365, we now have centralized control over our email signatures, ensuring they are always up to date and consistent for every user, regardless of device or platform. Distribution lists in Exchange Online aren't exposed through the Microsoft Graph API as they're Exchange-specific objects rather than Entra ID groups; unfortunately, this is a Microsoft platform limitation rather than something within our control.
