It links directly with Microsoft 365, meaning employee job titles, phone numbers, and departments update automatically in their signatures without anyone having to edit them manually. Staff can actually see their signature right in Outlook while typing an email—even on mobile—and IT can easily pass control to marketing to swap out promotional banners and logos without giving up system security. There are no issues in relation to performance and delays. Its cost effective and it was simple to setup and support were good to deal with. **What do you dislike about Signature 365?** The interface sometimes is clunky. Integrations for the importing of some of the data requires more manual effort than should be needed, it ment that we had to setup a DB connector on a server and then create a unique table to hold the data that we wanted to import, we had to expert this int o the SQL tables they way we wanted it before use. When integrated, the signatures are automatically installed on all the Outlooks in the organization, minimally bothering the end user and making the integration very quick. Additionally, the initial setup of Signature 365 was super easy, as you connect the tenant, create the signatures, import the users, and that's it. **What do you dislike about Signature 365?** When creating signatures for autoresponders or corporate emails, it is difficult. I would also like a better way to create rules for each signature and assign them to each user, since there are users who want fields that others do not, and I have to create multiple signatures. **What problems is Signature 365 solving and how is that benefiting you?** With Signature 365, signatures are unified following the corporate pattern and are automatically updated with personal information. I also have to use coding every month when I edit it as the table spacing seems to change. It's more time-intensive than I envisioned but takes that time away from the team needing to do it. Initial setup wasn't particularly easy; I had some difficulties linking it to our server and needed IT's help to troubleshoot. I also had to recreate our signature, which didn't copy and paste well, so I had to edit lots of stuff in coding and do lots of testing. Signature builder is very easy to work with. If you have a user that needs something special in their signature, it's easy to make an exception for them vs the group. Very easy to customize. Works great with Outlook desktop and web versions. Even works with old versions of Outlook via the agent. **What do you dislike about Signature 365?** There is a 5-10 second delay in Outlook on the Web between clicking the button to compose a new email, and the signature appearing in the body. The screen will flicker a few times during this time period and if you are trying to type recipients or a subject into the email, you will be interrupted. The signatures are added to each user's Outlook through the agent, or the add-in when Outlook online is used. The agent is the more user-friendly way in my opinion, as it inserts the signatures as normal Outlook Signatures - available with 1 click of the mouse. The other way takes a few more clicks, which costs some extra time on each mail you write. Implementation is easy, once connected to M365, the users become available with their fields to use in the signatures. **What do you dislike about Signature 365?** Images are corrupted on a regular basis, so we need to upload them again. We migrated from a earlier product of theirs (Symprex) to Signature 365 to be able to support new outlook (Thanks Microsoft). We had some issues with functions that worked before, but didn't work on their new product. Their support helped us through every single request and implemented new features just for us.
