**What do you like best about Signals ChemDraw?**

ChemDraw makes it easy to create professional-looking figures for lab reports and presentations, and once you figure out how to use it, the results are good. I have used this multiple times for presentations and have seen good results, where my figures have helped the people I was presenting to to better understand my process. The figures look clean and polished and are scientifically accurate.

**What do you dislike about Signals ChemDraw?**

The process for creating the figures is confusing and takes a lot of trial and error. The software seems to operate under certain parameters that are different to overrule and often make bond angles / other features of reaction mechanisms different than they should be, with no obvious way to change this. The tools section can be frustrating and confusing to me, making it so that figures that seem like they would be very easy can often take much longer than expected.

**What problems is Signals ChemDraw solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use ChemDraw to present scientific data -- usually related to organic chemistry -- in a visual way and to use figures to explain reaction mechanisms. I use these for lab reports as well as presentations. I have seen the people I was presenting to have a greater understanding of the information that I was presenting and have a better takeaway of my process as a whole. The
