SignalMD is for teams that run voice agents on Retell AI. Connect your agent with a Retell API key. SignalMD reads the agent's flow and its real calls. You approve a one-page brief of what a good call is. There are no metrics to set up. SignalMD groups repeated failures into issues. Each issue names the step where it happens, the cause, and a change you can make. Every issue links to the calls behind it, so you can check the evidence in seconds. Copilot drafts the change to your prompt or flow. You test the draft with simulated calls or a test call by phone or text. Nothing reaches your live agent until you publish. After you release, SignalMD reads the next calls and says if the fix worked, if it is too soon to say, or if nothing changed. For outbound agents, it also shows who answered each call: a person, a call screen, voicemail, a phone menu, or nobody. Plans start at $49 a month, with a 7-day free trial.
