What do you like best about SignalHire?

The best part is it has an extension to LinkedIn from where we can directly get the prospect's contact information and can contact right away; The price is always very good; Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SignalHire?

What do you like best about SignalHire?

Easy to use and UI is great, Google Chrome extension is available which makes the work easy.

Extension help to search the relevant details of the required profile on the LinkedIn page itself.

Various customization plans are available.

What do you dislike about SignalHire?

What problems is SignalHire solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am the Placement Coordinator and need the contact details of HR or relevant persons to mail and call them for conducting a recruitment drive on our campus for placements. SignalHire helps me to get the email id and contact info of the relevant profile in no time. Installed the chrome extension of SignalHire and use it on LinkedIn profile to get the required details. "Dirty Data, Terrible Support, Rip Off."

What do you like best about SignalHire?

After extensively testing SignalHire there is very little good that I can say about this product. They do offer a free tier which provides some credits per month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SignalHire?

We extensively tested SignalHire's data integrity. It is stale and erroneous. They claim that it is verified, yet I can assure you that it is not. The data has a significant percentage of disconnected phone numbers and garbage emails. On multiple occasions, I tried to contact support but didn't get a response. When I attempted to cancel my overpriced subscription, I still received a charge. After investigating and emailing support, I discovered I had TWO subscriptions on the same email?! I have no idea how this happened. Seriously, what app lets you have multiple subscriptions under the same accountid and email - how confusing is that.

So I request to refund the payment that was processed a day earlier and cancel the account like I attempted to do, and I'm advised that they're unable to do that. Considering they use Fastspring and I know that Fastspring allows businesses to do refunds - obviously - they just won't do it.

So BUYER BEWARE:

- my test results found a lot of dirty data

- app is poorly designed (seriously 2x subscriptions?!)

- support is crap

- customer service is crap

- absolute RIP OFF Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SignalHire:

We wasted money, time, effort, reputation. Can you risk doing the same when other products are on the market without this risk? Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SignalHire solving and how is that benefiting you?

We tested SignalHire in parallel with other apps to augment our leads with contact information: phone numbers and emails. We didn't get any ROI from SignalHire. As previously mentioned, we found a significant number of disconnected and wrong phone numbers, which meant we wasted signalhire credits AND our team's effort on enriching non-contactable leads. The dirty emails meant we could not use email marketing or risk losing our domain reputation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SignalHire?

I like the chrome extension but love the website search. Also for the price, you can't beat the value and use you get from it. I can literally run searches on any position and find people. I started on the free trial with a few contact credits but quickly moved up to a premium subscription and have not regretted it.

Chrome extension: Does very well on sites popping out and showing if there is contact information available. It also works on the free and premium versions so you get to use it without getting a subscription. I would highly recommend getting the subscription though, for the price you will hate yourself for not doing it sooner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SignalHire?

Would like to have higher contact credit packages. A professional license option for searching would be nice as well. But other than that I can't find anything else I would change, The product has been great for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
