I have to explore it myself to learn how to use it. And the way how the information on the screen arrange is confusing. The idea of getting emails of job seekers on demand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SignalHire? 1) Awful data management. 2) Deny of refund of not used credits. 3) They sell to their clients tons of duplicates. About 20% of contacts they're selling to you will be duplicated! After I asked the support, they're asked me to provide them a duplicated records each time, and they will compensate, but this incredibly hard to manage if we consider another drawback of this app which will be described in the following points. 4) Allowed CSV export is a maximum of 100 records per time. It's hard to manage many such tables each time and then merge them and search for a duplicate there. They have mistakes in architecture design that have been designed not for humans. 5) Then you're searching for a person who is the active job seeker they call this filter "Ready to Move" their system mostly give the wrong data, a lot of such candidates just found a job in companies like 1-3 months ago not seeming that they are looking for a job. Finally, the most think I do not like they deny to refund unused credits(with duplicates) after I requested it. Not recommend using the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. I did not receive a fair deal, and I believe their subscription-based business practices to be unfair. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about SignalHire? I paid $50 for 100 credits. I used 6 credits. Only 1 contact was correct. Then I lost my credits at the end of the month when they required another $50 to keep your account open and use the service.
