"Streamlined SMS Compliance with Top-Notch Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Signal House?

I use Signal House for SMS inside GoHighLevel, and it handles A2P 10DLC registration smoothly, making what used to be a painful technical process much easier. I get reliable deliverability, ensuring my clients' messages reach their leads and customers. The support team is fantastic friendly and genuinely helpful every time I reach out. The A2P registration process is quick, usually taking just 48 hours, making it much faster and more reliable than alternatives. The initial setup was super easy, with everything up and running in under 30 minutes, and support was available if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signal House?

Not much, if anything maybe a little more written documentation on some GHL specific setup would help. But support answers so fast whenever I ask that it's never actually held me up. A short guide on how notifications work when using Signal House inside GHL would help. Support cleared it up fast though so again it didn't hold me up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable SMS Platform with Great Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Signal House?

We've been using SignalHouse for our SMS operations, and it's been a great experience overall. The recent updates have made the portal much more intuitive to use. Day-to-day operations are straightforward, and I can usually find what I need without any hassle.

As a developer, I've also had a great experience with the new API. The documentation is much better than before, which made the integration process much smoother. The new webhook-based approach for events like number purchases adds a bit more complexity, but the documentation is clear enough that implementing it wasn't a problem.

The same goes for the portal itself. Registering brands and campaigns is naturally a detailed process, but SignalHouse makes it easy to follow. The portal guides you through each step, making the process much smoother.

Whenever we've needed help, the support team has been outstanding. They're responsive, knowledgeable, and always provide clear, helpful answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signal House?

I don't have any major complaints. Some integrations require a bit more effort, but the documentation and support make the process smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signal House?

There aren’t any major drawbacks to note. The few minor issues we encountered were handled quickly by support, who were responsive and effective in resolving them. Overall, nothing significant that would detract from the experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Exceptional Support and Effortless Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about Signal House?

I have been extremely impressed with the Signal House Support Team. I especially appreciate their 24/7 availability and the option to connect with a live agent through chat whenever assistance is needed. The team is consistently responsive, helpful, and committed to resolving issues. It's reassuring to know that knowledgeable support is available at any time—excellent customer service! I like the analytics because they help me make decisions and ensure processes are functioning properly. I also value the transparency of my specific account data, which was a big reason for switching from Text Grid to Signal House. Additionally, the initial setup of Signal House was extremely easy. "Signal House: Great-Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Signal House?

I really like Signal House’s customer service department, as well as their demo team. They make the process easy to understand and are there for you at every step of your journey as a startup. There pricing is consdierably better than some competitors as well as there UI. Performance is solid too they again have quick integrations that are easy for someone even new to coding and there intelligence overall helps greatly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signal House?

I wouldn’t say I dislike anything about Signal House. The only thing that was a bit challenging for me was finding meeting times that worked. I’m in the Pacific time zone, and a lot of the support team runs on EST or an overseas Southern Asian time zone, so scheduling could take a little extra coordination. "Exceptional Support and Intuitive Setup"
5/5
What do you like best about Signal House?

I really benefit from Signal House's solid A2P approval process, especially since my last provider repeatedly rejected my campaigns with little explanation. I appreciate that Signal House took the time to get on a call with me, explaining what carriers look for, which helped me understand the necessary changes. I love the support access, as I can speak to a real person instead of getting stuck in a support ticket queue. They are upfront about backend changes, providing context rather than vague delay notices, which I find valuable. I also like that their pricing is straightforward without surprise fees hidden in the fine print. The initial setup was very straightforward and intuitive, and the directions were clear, as is the interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Signal Housse Makes 10DLC Registration and A2P Compliance Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Signal House?

what do I like best about signal housse

Since your use case is A2P messaging, here are the things most worth calling out as "what you like best" (pick whichever ring true for you):

10DLC registration made painless - brand and campaign registration is usually the biggest headache in A2P, and having it handled smoothly is a real differentiator.

Deliverability - messages actually land, consistently. For A2P at scale this is the whole game.

Compliance handled for you - the team understands carrier rules and TCPA/CTIA requirements, so you're not left guessing.

Clean, simple dashboard - easy to set up campaigns and see what's happening without a steep learning curve.

Responsive support - real answers from people who understand messaging, not canned replies.

If I had to name the single best thing for an A2P user, I'd lead with how much friction they take out of 10DLC registration and compliance since that's the pain point everyone else makes you suffer through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signal House?

nothing. It's bee great so far. The onboarding has been the best part. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Smooth Setup, Hands-On Support, and Cheaper SMS"
5/5
What do you like best about Signal House?

What really stood out to us with Signal House was how smooth the entire experience has been compared to other providers we’ve used. From A2P registration to campaign delivery and support, everything just worked without a ton of back-and-forth or technical headaches. The setup process was simple, integrations were easy to get running, and the onboarding felt much more personal and hands-on than what we were used to.

Their support team has also been great. You’re not getting canned responses from people reading scripts — you’re talking to people who actually understand messaging, compliance, and scaling SMS operations. Anytime we’ve needed help or had questions, they’ve been quick to respond and genuinely helpful.

We’ve also seen a noticeable difference in cost and performance. Signal House helped us reduce messaging costs while improving deliverability and overall reliability, which has made a big impact on our day-to-day operations.

Overall, Signal House has been a really solid partner for us. If your business relies heavily on SMS and you want something dependable without all the usual friction, it’s definitely worth considering. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Signal House Made A2P Approval Seamless with Excellent Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Signal House?

I like how easy it is compared to Twilio. Previously, I had a difficult time getting A2P approval on Twilio and they did not have good customer support for smaller startups. This made it very difficult to figure out what was wrong. The experience on Signal House was unbelievable once I switched. Their customer support and ease of use made the whole process seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Signal House?

My main issue with Signal House occurred when they migrated from v1 to v2 of their app. That caused a lot of headaches at first, but now that we fully migrated it's a lot better. Another thing I would say is the soft port process takes longer than expected usually a couple weeks for me. But I realize that is in the carrier's hands and not necessarily an issue with signal house. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
