Signagelive is an incredibly powerful tool when used to control a vast number of screens, content, and schedules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The UI in the Signagelive portal is somewhat convoluted and slow, which often limits the power of the user and causes simple tasks to take far too long. For example, to edit the content in a given playlist, the user must navigate through 3 different dropdowns and sit through a loading time.

Once the playlist has been saved, it must be republished onto specific devices before they will show the updated playlist, which is somewhat counter intuitive. The devices should show the content of the playlist as it has been saved, regardless of when it was published - or the option for this workflow should at least be available in the settings. Its user-friendly interface, making it easy for us to create and manage content

Being cloud-based it allows for easy access to the content management web interface from anywhere as long as I have a stable internet connection.

Limited device control

If a firmware update is required, Support needs to be contacted to push out the firmware which isn't always successful over the network.

Firmware needs to be installed manually on the display if remote firmware update fails and can become costly due to the distances that may need to be driven and time spent manually updating displays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Signage live is easy to roll out and their supporting documents and support team are great. The platform itself is also quite inituative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Unfortunately within a business environment, the integration features we were most looking forward to are currently limited - i.e. sharing document libraries and documents within SharePoint, excel, and word, and the inability to have more granular control such as zoom or web parts for webpages. The platform is hard to use and extremely slow. I tried to avoid logging in due to the poor user experience. The payment plan is rigid and not the simplist to follow. For a Sass offering the product and sales process gave the impression of a legacy system that was too complicated for even the sales people to understand. I like how convient it is. They make it easy to post my pictures to my TVs and keep me updated if anything goes wrong with the signage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
