We appreciate the ability to monitor each of our screens. The remote screenshot feature has help us troubleshoot and solve many issues remotely. We've implemented several videowall confirgurations. They great have flexablity with hardware configurations (internal and external player options). The Signagelive Team is constantly innovating and looking forward. They are transparent with their roadmap of features in development. We've also been able to request features and changes to the tool. Our data-driven content has been a huge hit and we've been able to intergrate it well within the Sigangelive platform. **What do you dislike about Signagelive?** Layouts can be finicky at times. We've had a few issues arise when editing, duplicating, and publishing them. For the most part, they work well. After making edits to a layout, I've noticed residual elements had remained after I had deleted them. The work-around is that we now start every layout fresh and do not duplicate or edit them. **Recommendations to others considering Signagelive:** Request a demo. The team at Signagelive was great about displaying and explaining the product to us when we first explored it. **What problems is Signagelive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've delivered the right digital signage message at the right time to the right place. A great benefit is the cloud-based editing and monitoring capability. We've helped automotive dealerships modernize and revitalize their facilities. The uploading, organising and maintenance of content is straight-forward. However, there are many advanced options that other Digital Signage solutions that we reviewed don't have . Pricing is fair and better than most other options on the market **What do you dislike about Signagelive?** There are some add-ons that you may want/ need that come at an additional costs for example SSO and advanced reporting on what content was played when **What problems is Signagelive solving and how is that benefiting you?** / We have reduced the need for media player / intel NUC with Signagelive, which is significantly reducing our failure rate (outage) and reducing CapEx. . Signagelive provides a simple dashboard to monitor our environment . You can see when a screen has gone offline so you can fix it as soon as possible. Simple interface which is easy to use. Content / playlists look good on our screens. Very easy to install on our Samsung SOC Tizen screens. Just enter the URL into the URL launcher and it downloads the program and content. You can schedule content to run for a specific period of time in advance, so you do not need to remember to remove it later. Players can be grouped or tagged to make content management easier. You can set-up remote reboots of your players to ensure they reboot on a regular basis and maintain performance. Free apps and content are a nice bonus and help to ad variety to the playlists (ie. weather and newsfeeds, RSS feeds, etc). **What do you dislike about Signagelive?** Could be more extensive on the reporting / proof of play section. Not very compatible with programmatic platforms. Sometimes there are bugs and you have to re-install the software on the screens. Sometimes takes long to download content. **Recommendations to others considering Signagelive:** Very good at displaying content in different formats. Simple to use and easy to understand. Tough to integrate for programmatic. We are using Samsung SOC Tizen displays and it is compatible. **What problems is Signagelive solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to display client content / advertising quickly and effectively. We get proof of play to generate reports and ensure we deliver for the client. We can tag players to ensure specific content goes to the right players. Many of the applications and widgets there are free to use and can save you a lot of time instead of creating content from scratch. We have a relatively small number of players so have to pay an additional fee for SSO. Signage live gives us a way to manage and view all of our Players around the globe from a single place. They are open to trying new things and willing to get stuck in when things don't go to plan. We've also received excellent training and even Sales Demo support for prospects from Tim Baker. As a vendor this illustrates a true partnership. **What do you dislike about Signagelive?** There are some improvements to the interface that we'd like to see, and those have already been submitted. Also, we're waiting for approvals of Playlists and Publishing but read that development has been pushed out to long-term. We've been having difficulty with LG Players syncing up, but have not determined to the cause yet, so must hold judgment. The debuggin tool is almost worthless and not something that we can use in our live environemnts. **Recommendations to others considering Signagelive:** Compare ease-of-use and TCO. You'll find that Signagelive is very cmpetitive. **What problems is Signagelive solving and how is that benefiting you?** Signagelive offers a very simple process for adding licenses to our growing system. I push the Content from the cloud and its published on the different location television immediately. Easy interface, so even a new employee can easily manage the content. **What do you dislike about Signagelive?** Sometimes the internet connectivity with the wifi AP becomes obstolete and have to restart the device. Otherwise, I can not think of the limitation of this device. They have a compartmentalized permissions system for individual elements, making it easy to limit permissions where necessary. Multiple users upload content and edit playlists, publishing them as they make edits. **What do you dislike about Signagelive?** Sometimes we have problems determining the cause for screens not updating. The user interface/menu system seems like it was put together in stages and never unified into a hierarchical system.
