Many steps needed to reach to an answer. I used this a lot in my master's program when I was studying business analytics and it saves a lot of time for analysts! It's also a lot easier to use than other similar softwares. **What do you dislike about SigmaPlot?** I don't dislike much about it, but it can be frustrating at times. I often had to google how to do certain things in sigmaplot. I wish it had more tutorials or "help" features attached to it. **What problems is SigmaPlot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Excel doesn't have really any great graphing features in it. But sigmaplot allows you to import from excel and then the possibilities seem to be endless with how many things you can do. An easy way to turn data into something meaningful. ### 4. The possibility of making complex and comprehensive graphs where several details can be shown clearly. The possibility of performing a wide range of statistical analyses including meta-analysis, which is not always provided in other software. **What do you dislike about SigmaPlot?** The software seems to be made to be used by professionals. For a person who is not familiar with the software, it could be very difficult and frustrating to use it. Difficulty with pasting data from other software (e.g. excel) into Sigmaplot's datasheet, which requires, sometimes, writing or inserting all the data from the bigging, and this could be particularly troublesome if the data to be inserted is large. **What problems is SigmaPlot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mostly, I used Sigmaplot for research-related data analysis. the software was helpful in performing statistical analysis and graphing its results in a comprehensive way. In comparison with other software, Sigmaplot provided better graphing templates and data visualization. Additionally, other softwares do not provide a meta-analysis option, which makes Sigmaplot extensive and inclusive software where I did not need to buy (or subscribe) another separate software for meta-analysis. ### 5. Very time saving and ensures you are doing the same thing to all data. Was a lot easier to work out how to use than excel. **What do you dislike about SigmaPlot?** The order of pages sometimes switched around without me doing it which caused some confusion when I came back to saved work. Some issues saving/opening worksheets between different versions of SigmaPlot **Recommendations to others considering SigmaPlot:** Look into everything it offers at the start of using it so you get the most out of it. It does a lot more than what I realised. **What problems is SigmaPlot solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used Sigmaplot for my research project as part of my degree. Analysing large data sets and combining data to create charts/graphs. Using statistical analysis to notice whether there was a significant difference between data sets. ### 6. Importing data is so simple and fast with great graphing features. Graphs look professional and perfect. **What do you dislike about SigmaPlot?** It took me a while to figure out how to use it (combination of software help guide, YouTube tutorials and of course experienced friend).
